- BLBryant Lewis2 days ago5.0While charging my car battery at night, I somehow dropped my cellphone/flashlight down the engine bay into the fender/wheel well just nicely into a spot I couldn't reach. Decided to stop by Mavis the next morning. I explained, showed them my sad situation and in less than ten minutes later it was presented back to me by a Mavis technician!!! I was so appreciative and elated as I walked to the counter for payment only to be told... no charge. Mind blown, great customer service and super generous people. Thanks again and I'll definitely return.
- ESE A Smith4 days ago5.0In Tuscaloosa for business and got a bolt in my tire. This business was on our way out of town. Live about 2 hours south. Everyone one was great. Informative, helpful and courteous. They even did a complete safety check. Very impressed with the service received.
