They lied to me. They told me to bring my car in at 5 for service and when I got here I was told they can't get me in. This left me in a BAD position as I was on the road and left another shop that could have gotten me done (later) on the word of a Mavis employee to get me taken care of. If a shop doesn't stand behind it's word, think twice about using them.
