  Passing through AL while on vacation and got a very large rock peck, which Hank repaired quickly after waiting late for our unexpected arrival. He got us right in and did a very professional job making the damage almost completely disappear. Fair price and courteous staff. Don’t hesitate to stop by for great service!

  I went there to get my window replaced. What a nightmare. They did replace my window, but they informed me that my window switch was starting to corrode. It didn’t last until I got home. I pulled the switch, they had bent every pin inside the switch. I was furious. So I bought a new switch and pig tail ($150), and it still doesn’t work. So now, I’m going to have to take my panel off to see how bad they screwed me. Side note: they also broke my key while “fixing my car”. It sucks because I couldn’t attach it to a key chain anymore, but I was trying to be understanding. -10/10 don’t go here. They will break your car

  Super friendly and helpful staff and owner. They went above and beyond replacing my Jeep windshield unfortunately both times. I highly recommend Hank’s for all your glass needs. Thanks again❤️

  After getting my Freightliner Cascadia windshield cracked by road debris in the middle of the night on I-20 near Tuscaloosa I panicked. I called Hanks Auto Glass first thing the next morning and they had the glass in stock and took care of me within minutes of my arrival. I pulled the truck around to their shop and their skilled technicians jumped right to work. I was truly impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. I definitely recommend Hanks Auto Glass to anyone who needs their glass repaired or replaced.
