Been coming here for years when I did not have time to take vehicle to our regular repair shop. Past few years service has gone down hill. Last time I was there the service was great. Not so saturday 10/10/26. Pulled in to find 1 bay with a car in it. 2 open. Pulled up to wait and see where they wanted. A truck that was parked nearby all of a sudden pulled out and into one of the empty bays (No employee had come out to tell him to pull in - No big deal. He was there first. Then employee walks out and asked if I needed oil change, Then directed me behind the car that was already in one of the bays...... Yet there was an empty bay still.... So I pulled behind and parked. And Waited. Only to see the tech along with 2 others just talking, not really working on the car. Then I noticed the tech was eating his lunch. Walk over grab a bite, walk back to car. walk back to grab more food etc etc......... Figured at this point I did not want them working on my vehicle and left. Been coming here off and on for 20+ years...... No more. Lost my business...

Terrible first experience! I went to get a diagnosis test on my car and it took them about 10 minutes or less to see what was wrong wit my car. I saw them looking under my car with a flashlight 2 minutes later They told me I needed 3 whole new parts when that was false! They tried to get me to leave my car at the shop and have it towed! They lied and said my car was “undrivable and unsafe” because I hit a curb but I knew something wasn’t right so I went somewhere else and got a second opinion and I was right and they were wrong! Never again will I go here. They provide false information js for money!

Do not go to this place. They take advantage of young college women. I was alone and my car needed work. They charged me $455 for a part that only cost $26. Very unprofessional. They also got all of my information wrong on all my records. Please avoid this car shop at all cost.

I’ve visited other Express Oil locations before and have always had a much better first impression and overall customer service experience. Typically, even if the employees are assisting other customers, someone acknowledges you shortly after you arrive. At this location, I waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I also noticed that two vehicles were taken in ahead of me after I had already pulled up. I was under the impression that, as with other Express Oil locations I’ve visited, customers were serviced on a first-come, first-served basis by pulling into the bay. If that is not the process at this location, I believe that should be communicated more clearly. Unfortunately, the customer service itself also left something to be desired. I was greeted with a casual “what’s up,” which came across as though assisting me was more of a bother than an opportunity to provide good customer service. My technician, Earlie, was not necessarily rude, but he also did not come across as particularly welcoming or friendly. I understand that everyone has different personalities and that employees can have difficult or busy days. However, first impressions are important, especially when someone is deciding whether they want to return to a business. Unfortunately, today’s experience did not leave me with a particularly positive first impression of this location. I may or may not return in the future, but I hope the feedback is taken constructively and that the customer experience can be improved.
