  I have been a customer of Express Oil Change in Tuscaloosa since 2018 and I believe their care of my vehicle has made it last this long. 179,000 miles and counting! Thank you so much!

  The service has really declined at this location . They use to check fluids , show you your air filter , then show you your oil level in your car. I Called back to make a complaint to let the manager know that none of my services that were listed on the printout was not done. I was told I seen him glance at the fluids . Glancing and checking to see if my car needed any fluids is totally different. Not one time did I see the technician take a look at anything else besides my oil. Very disappointed I have been coming here for Years.

  Very disappointing experience. I waited for about an hour because they said they didn’t have the oil filter for my car. I told them that I had a brand-new filter with me and that they could use it, but they still refused to perform the oil change without giving me a clear explanation or offering any alternative. The most frustrating part was wasting my time. If they couldn’t do the service, they should have told me from the beginning instead of making me wait for an hour. The customer service was unprofessional, and I left very disappointed. I would not recommend this place.
