    Piss poor staff, my father is on oxygen and can’t do travels. Called up there and was told through verification someone could go up there and rent a vehicle for him, just for the staff to claim he has to be the one to do it since its his card AFTER talking to an employee giving the okay.!!! Work on your managing skills and next time if someone gives you a legitimate reason for something with said person on the phone to verify, listen cause it makes your establishment better. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Booked a reservation 2 months ago, they called me the night before confirming everything…. I get there the morning and I am from out of state , they.say a credit card can only be used and not a debit card since I’m from out of state…. And said it was company policy and they couldn’t help me…. I took and Uber to Budget/Avis , rented a car without a reservation, and was on the road within 30 min. And $40 less Maybe make part of the reservation confirmed to make sure ID is from the same state. I entered all my info online with the reservation….
