  Walked in and stood for a few minutes without being greeted. Then when someone finally came out to help and the person in the corner in the pc looked up they helped me last though I was first in the building. No structure or organization so who could tell who was first or last. I am a regional manager for a local restaurant. Normally I’m able to work with the manager who gives me a small discount in exchange for gift cards. The person who RUSHED ME ALONG took the coupons and preceded to offer me a mid size sedan for 40% more than the suv was offered for. This is as a good location. I have no idea what happened

  SUV needed repair and we were from out of town. Needed an SUV for a day or longer depending on how long car repair would take. Worked with Vanessa, who is the assistant manager. Vanessa went over all options and charges. If we needed car 1 day X amount, needed to take car back to Chicago X amount. Charges were up-front and fair. Car was repaired in a day and Vanessa worked tirelessly to make sure we were satisfied customers. Highly recommend this place and Vanessa.

  Just want to say Brad was extremely apologetic for the rental I was given at an outside location. The rental had a hole in the door from Gary, IN and needed service but was still rented to me. I always rent with enterprise/national and never rented a car in bad condition. Again, Brad gave top notch customer service and was pleasant.

  Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Mr. Brandon and his coworkers made the process of getting my rentals very easy.
