  Be sure to video and take pictures of the vehicle before leaving Enterprise and keep your proof for at least a year. Take pictures when you return the vehicle also. The people there will falsely accuse you of damages that were already done before you checked it out. I rented a car and turned it back in, a month later I received a letter saying I owed $620 for a cracked windshield. The windshield was not cracked when I turned it back in. I will never rent anything else from Enterprise.

  Bradley is great branch manager. He made the process easy and smooth making sure everything was handled professionally. He truly cares for helping people making sure his customers are taken of.

  Employees were pleasant, but experience was horrible! Reserved a car one full month prior to pickup, checked in and confirmed pickup time 24 hours before actual pickup date, got to establishment 20 mins before pickup time and two hours later… still no vehicle. Please make sure you don’t have anything else to do or anywhere far to travel before picking up your rental because you may be out of luck. This has been the second time this has happened at the same location… I’ll do my best not to return.

  Thank you to Tyler Smith at Enterprise, he made sure we were covered on the highway for the duration of our rental. The green Rebel was exactly as he described it. Thanks again for all your help and assistance. Great A1 service!
