- M6Ms 6011 day ago3.0I took my SUV in for insurance covered repairs & wound up having to take it back 2 additional times for incomplete repair work. Initially the vehicle looked good (first pickup). Then, after closer inspection a few hours later, damage to an overlooked area was not repaired & I had to get insurance approval to return it a 2nd time. Done. Then, more incomplete repairs were discovered a 3rd time shortly afterwards involving the initial damaged area that was minor, yet incomplete. Again, more insurance approval was required to have the work done..and it was. All 3 events required rental car use that my insurance covered thank goodness, so that part was good. As far as the way the business handled these issues & their treatment of me was concerned, they were great. They, especially the Service Rep: Ken & the Front Desk Associates (my Molten Chocolate Cake lady friend šš), apologized repeatedly & was very kind & understanding. It was areas that went unexpectedly over/underlooked yet corrected immediately after insurance approval. I would've given them a much higher rating but 3 total times!! (with 2 of which should "not" have occured), I had to give my complete & honest review. But yes, I do recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for your repair needs. My situation was just unfortunate š but I do believe they are a quality service business with great customer service & "yes", I would use them again.
