Went in on Saturday morning and asked for a regular oil change. I said it three times. They did it quick, but when I went to pay, they said it was twice the price of the regular oil. I asked why it is so much, and the guy said they used full synthetic. I told him I asked for just a regular oil change, and he mumbled some BS about it needing it due to high mileage. Truck has 102k miles on it and they have a high mileage option that is a quarter less than the full synthetic, but they didn't use that. In my opinion they purposefully did something I specifically did not ask for in order to charge me twice the price. There are lots of oil change options around town, use one of them and avoid this place.
