We brought the vehicle in for a standard oil change and the crew drained the transmission fluid, double filled the oil, and followed zero procedure. They didn’t catch the problem; we did. They documented nothing and offered no refund or correction to the problem they caused.

I’ve called to make an appointment and was told to use the website, but I called them to make an appointment over the phone. I’ve used this number of times in the past, but they seem to have labor issues and never have a full staff to accommodate customers.
