  Each time I needed to rent a car, the lady that works there with the glasses (can't remember her name) was very helpful and exceeds my expectations. Excellent customer service, I appreciate her looking out for me and my family as we travel.

  Reserved a truck and when I went there to pick it up, when I had just gotten off the phone with my bank, they said I couldn’t rent a vehicle from them that system would not allow it since I have an out of state drivers license. Well you know what I didn’t plan for my vehicle to break down either. I strongly suggest doing a drug screen at this location as we could smell the marijuana loudly when we first walked in. I’ve never been treated like this by enterprise. And I rent a lot of vehicles from enterprise but not anymore!! Sorry enterprise the crew at this location caused yall to lose my business and my company’s business
