  Larry & Barry truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. Their attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.   When I say the staff at this location is EXCEPTIONAL IS A UNDERSTATEMENT. Larry and Katie go above and beyond to do their job even when they don’t have all the tools. They are respectful kind hardworking and deserve a raise or something. This location is THE BEST

  I want to thank Larry for going over and above the call of duty for a rental this past week. I rented a SUV from Enterprise to go to Michigan for a week. Long story short..the SUVs engine light came on..Larry got in touch with road side for me and although they did not want to accommodate me with the same type of vehicle to come back to Birmingham...Larry tried everything in order to get them to help me with a better vehicle.they were not trying to give up their cars for one way. I came home in a much smaller vehicle. I just want to say thank you Larry for going over and above the call of duty . You tried everything and that alone shows incredible customer service and integrity. Thank You for all that you do!...Sincerely....
