  Made a reservation only to get a call there’s no vehicle available. No other solution offered. Called the main number and was told the area manager would find one at another location. Never got a call.

  I was fine with your decision i didnt argue or get mad , honestly, that was the last straw for me at enterprise! You all did a good job really messing up my day! I had an important business meeting at 4 p.m., an 5-6 hour drive, only to be told I could pick up the car in another county, 1 hour away. Sincerely, thank you guys for not holding my reservation for me because my voicemail was full; you gave my reservation away. Didn't know renting a car was like standing in a raffle line for Jordans, and after 10 minutes, you can't hold the reservation. It's a true honor how you guys do business thank you again for flippin up day!! I reserve a flipping Corolla Enterprise did me the same way in January when my car burned up I will not tolerate this treatment I will not trust a company that let's me reserve an plan around them to rget there to be turned around empty handed again guys cost me so much money I could scream!! I told my wife who was finna pull off after dropping me off wait cause they do weird business then boom I was not shocked I pray to God I never have to use you guys again!

  Needs better staffing. Can’t say much else bc can’t get anyone to answer the phone. ETA: I’m not reaching out, doing extra work that is NOT customer service geniuses. Your copy and paste response was non needed nor did it help a thing on your end or mine.

  This is the second time I reserved a car, arrived exactly on time and walk in to a waiting room full of people and get told it will be at least an hour before my car is ready. If you book with this laughable company, I highly suggest adding at least 2 hours to sit and wait. And usually the cars are high mileage and not full of fuel. Enterprise, oh how the mighty have fallen. I was able to book with Hertz, drive 20 miles further and still got a car sooner. I guess $20 more per day is worth it!

  Booked yesterday for a mini van got dropped off today and they said they don’t have one! Ridiculous! I will never be using them again!
