  Made an appointment online for a free brake inspection at Mavis Tires & Brakes. They checked everything and honestly told me my brakes were still good and no work was needed. I appreciated the honesty and great customer service.

  They are amazing!! Went there today to get my tire patched up and had no issues at all! Spoke with the managers and they are hilarious, they deserve a raise!

  Great experience here! Passing through Troy, AL we encountered car trouble. I had the Jeep towed about 1 mile to this Mavis shop. Chris and the team went above and beyond to have us patched up and back on the road in about an hour. Thanks Chris!!

  I recently had a great experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes, and I wanted to share how impressed I was with their service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and ready to help. They took the time to explain my options clearly without pressuring me into anything, which I really appreciated. The service itself was quick and efficient. Whether it was getting new tires installed or handling routine maintenance, everything was done in a timely manner, and the quality of work was excellent. My car feels noticeably better on the road, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do.

  Our vehicle broke down at 8:15 pm on a family road trip from Florida to Ohio. Mavis was the only shop open and they were wonderful. Chris came right out and looked at the vehicle. He was upfront and honest that they couldn't fix it until the next morning, but just talking to him that night was comforting. The next day Chris and Kara got the vehicle in as quickly as possible and fixed it just as he explained the night before with the help of Jeremiah. We were on the road a few hours later in a situation that could have taken days. We were extremely lucky to have stopped at Mavis and the genuine and honest employees at this location.
