  BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT NOW OR JUST CALL AND STOP BY FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS! I had been procrastinating on getting a much needed alignment because I didnt want to sit at a place for hours. Well I was out today and had sometime so I passed a few places the googled "wheel alignment near me and cost". Mavis Tires $35 off wheel alignment popped up so I call. Kara answered and I explained what was going on with my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and what was needed. She was very sweet, knowledgeable about the process, and gave me options on all the things. I asked if I needed an appointment, she advised that I could come now if I was near and it shouldn't take any more than an hour max from arriving to finish! Her demeanor sold me off bat!!! I whipped in there so fast within 10 minutes and was met by Krissee and she too was just as nice and knowledgeable and I thought she was who I spoke too. I explained what Kara and I spoke about , told her about the coupon, she acknowledged it, took my info and the process began. I work from home so my laptop was tagging along and the convenience of the sitting area was top tier with the plugs for all your charging needs! I knew then that I would be a lifetime customer. Literally sat there, comfortable in air, able to work, not crowded and an overall great 1st experience. On top of that, every person that came in received respect, patience and they take the time to go out of their way to fulfill services. Someone needed a tire on a rental, Mavis didnt have it in stock, I watched staff search and call multiple places about the needed tire. They provide options and solutions. It is absolutely great there! I had a $120 service for $35 less than what it would have been thanks to Google maling them a top choice in Troy, AL and little did I know that the experience would be so lovely. They knew I needed that! The staff were all professional but also are all relatable and just down to Earth. I wish all places had employees as such. I paid and afterwards it wasn't just " okay, have a great day" Kara took the time to explain ALL the services they offer that I would have never known about!!!! Mavis is a 1 stop shop!! I'm so glad I made that call, you should too!!!!

  Wish I could give more stars!!! EVERYONE here was so helpful & friendly. We were on our last leg of a 5th wheel roadtrip from California to Florida, pulled over to use the restroom and heard a loud hissing noise. Our truck tire had a giant piece of metal in it 😭. Googled the closest tire shop and quickly rolled into the Mavis in Troy. They had the tire in stock and had time to do it. I think we were in and out in about an hour!!! I couldn’t have imagined that this travel nightmare would end with great service and amazing people. Thank you for saving us!!!

  We were traveling and ended up having to get a new tire, 2 actually. Kara and her team at Mavis took very good care of us. The whole team was nice, great customer service, and timely in getting us back on the road again. Mavis is very affordable for their services. The address it is taking me to is incorrect, we were at 1141 US Highway 231 South Troy, Al.

  We had two tires that needed replacing at the most unfortunate time for us, leaving town. We had two babies in the car and it was just a bad day. When we walked in and I saw the children’s area in the waiting room I was RELIEVED. This place was meant to help families! Everyone at Mavis in Troy were AMAZING! From the older gentleman who came out from the service area as soon as we pulled up to Kara and Chris inside who helped us find what we could afford with such short notice. They did everything possible to get us back on the road quickly with no appointments or calling ahead necessary. Even our crying children didn’t bother them! They are truly helpful people who will receive our business from now on! Troy needed a place like this!

  Was driving my truck when I noticed my engine splash guard was coming off. Since it has been non-stop raining, I swung by to see if they would let me use their bay to cut it off. They performed this service gratis. I have always seen this place, but never stopped before. Their staff are friendly and their new manager (Kara) is super nice. From now on, I'm getting my oil changes here. If you're getting service, you can schedule online, but is always recommended to call to confirm your appointment. From what I understand perform all sorts of automotive services. I highly recommend you swing for your automotive needs.
