  What started out as a stressful situation turned into an outstanding customer service experience thanks to Heather and DK at the Troy AutoZone. We stopped in after having battery trouble with our Yukon. Stephen initially performed a battery diagnostic and told us the battery was reading “good.” When we asked what the actual reading was, he continued to repeat that it was “good.” It wasn’t until another employee came over and asked, “What did it actually read?” that he finally answered, “48”—which clearly wasn’t a healthy reading. Thankfully, the other employee immediately recognized the issue and recommended replacing the battery since it was still under warranty. Unfortunately, the battery replacement didn’t get off to the best start. Stephen first brought out the wrong battery, then attempted to remove the old one while standing on our tire. He was ultimately unable to remove the battery from our vehicle at all, and we ended up having to remove it ourselves. That’s when Heather stepped in and sent DK out to help, and everything changed. DK was phenomenal. He immediately brought the correct battery, used a step stool to safely work on our Yukon instead of standing on the tire, and quickly got everything installed correctly. He was efficient, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. Heather and DK both double- and triple-checked everything before sending us on our way, giving us complete confidence to begin our long drive back to Savannah. What I appreciate most is that they didn’t let a rough start define our experience. Great teams step in when needed, and Heather and DK demonstrated exactly that. Their professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. Thank you, Heather and DK, for going above and beyond. Your kindness, situational awareness, and commitment to taking care of your customers did not go unnoticed. AutoZone is lucky to have you both!

  I was broke down across the highway at the local bank . Could not get help to jump my car off. I called Auto Zone, Stephen answered and sent DK to help. DK git my car running so I could get to a repair shop. Very professional, kind . Thankyoy
