My nephews experienced an unexpected breakdown when their fan belt popped, leaving them stranded and unsure of what to do. Hunter immediately stepped in with calm leadership, professionalism, and genuine concern for their safety. He treated their situation with urgency and ensured they were supported every step of the way. Even more impressive, Alex Cochran—who was off duty at the time—did not hesitate to assist. He used his mechanical expertise to diagnose the issue quickly and worked alongside Hunter to help get the boys safely back on the road. His willingness to help, despite not being on the clock, speaks volumes about his character and dedication. Both Hunter and Alex demonstrated exceptional integrity, teamwork, and compassion.
