I recently moved to the AL from CA and towed a 12000 lbs trailer across county. I knew I was having an issue with my transmission on my '19 Ram 2500. I did some research and got multiple referrals to TruTorque. Even though it was an hour away, I needed to find a shop I could trust. From the very first interaction I knew this was my shop. They were able to diagnose my issues, Kenzie was amazing with her communication and gave me multiple scenarios to accommodate my budget. After it was all said and done, we replaced the transmission with and upgraded one and did some performance mods to make my truck run even better. From daily maintenance to upgrades, I highly recommend these guys. Thank you Kenzie for all the great communication and always answering my multiple questions. My truck is running better than when I originally purchased it. GO TO THESE GUYS, THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!!

Was very pleased with service and experience. I got a few thousand dollars of repairs done and need more, they have a nice software that stores service past/present/future with pictures and status so if you return to get things knocked out here and there, it's easy to track. It also notates the individual need severity so if you're like me and need to chip away at it over time, it's convenient. Very friendly. I'll be a customer as long as they keep working. Noteworthy: They do not waive the diagnostic fee when you pay for repairs. I'm not saying that's wrong, but first time ever I've paid thousands in repairs and still been hit with it. Their time and energy = money, I know but just noting it so you are not caught unaware. I highly recommend this place after my first of many visits.
