  The workers were all great today at Express Oil Change. I saw a nail/screw in one of my tires. I called first to see if they were open and to see what time they close. They were great with the phone call. They were great at getting right to my vehicle. Thanks for the great service!❤️

  On the evening of Sunday June 6, my car blew a tire just as I was headed out of the city. Everything was closed. I had no choice but to have my car towed, get a hotel room and stay the night. I had the tow truck driver park my car at Express Oil Change on N. Norton and I got a room at a local hotel. Early the next morning I called the shop as soon as they opened. You ever have an experience where you're trying to do business with a place and the staff acts like you're bothering them just by coming to them and try to give them money for their goods and services? And while you're there, they act like they don't even care and it seems like they'd just rather be somewhere else? Well, that is NOT what happened here! The gentleman I talked to was really helpful and friendly. I elected to get a full set of new tires since I was already there and needed them anyway. In short, they ordered me the correct tires and gave me a great deal on them, sent a staff member to pick up those tires when the parts vendor dragged their feet on delivering them, and worked right up to closing to get me back on the road. All the time I was there, everyone was really nice and engaging, not just to me but each other. I got the impression that these guys were happy to be there, happy to do their job and happy to help me out. That is so rare nowadays and it almost made me not really mind being stranded there and spending a large chunk of money on a set of tires for a Challenger T/A. Special thanks to Phillip who took time to talk with me and kept me informed throughout the day. He really went above and beyond to get my car fixed and back on the road. I wish every crew in every business I went into was just like these guys. THANK YOU Express Oil Change on 10 N Norton. You guys ROCK.
