  got my tires rotated here pretty quick which was nice. the guy at the desk was friendly and helpful. only downside is they were a little pricier than i expected. overall a solid experience though would go back if i need work done

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires. I came in for a tire replacement and alignment and was treated with respect, professionalism, and genuine care from start to finish. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the entire process easy. I highly recommend Mavis for anyone needing tire or alignment services.

  My daughter and wife went here to have her front rotors and pads replaced. They looked at the car and told her the rear were bad not the front and that it was going to be $400 to replace the rear with her supplying the parts. The two things I have an issue with was the rear pads and rotor’s are fine, the front pads was wore thin and warped and they were trying to charge 2 women for something they didn’t need only to charge them again to do the front when that’s what was wrong to begin with. I changed the front and test drove the car with no more issues.

  Picture this, you’ve been on the road for 8 hours, 2 kids and a loaded down car-no room to spare. It’s beach or bust, right? We hit bust or some other foreign object outside a construction zone that destroyed our tire. We got the spare on and called Mavis to make sure they had a tire before we came. We pulled up to this location as the young man in the shop is walking out for the night. He asked what we needed and the manager came to check too. Much to our surprise, they had no idea we were coming. Apparently, we spoke to a location an hour away. Talk about worried- they checked to see if they had a tire. We unloaded all contents from the trunk and gave them our popped tire. Thankfully they had a tire and were willing to stay over to make the switch to get us back on the road. While the young man in the shop worked on the tire, Kyle, the manager took care of us on the waiting area. He chatted with us and kept not only us but our young children entertained. They were even a bit rowdy and he simply stated he would be if he had been driving all day and they weren’t any problem. The tire was quickly placed and we settled our bill. The two gentlemen went above and beyond to take care of our family in the fastest manner. It may have been less than 30 minutes to them but it would have been so much more added to our trip if they didn’t help. They really care at this location! I’d recommend them time and time again.
