The store was cool (it was over 100°+ outside.), and on top of it; it was clean! (You don’t see that often in a tire shop.) But, above all…what kept me coming back had to be Kyle! He was super sweet and knowledgeable about my car and helped me from purchasing something that wouldn’t have helped my car at all; truly he is a massive asset to Mavis’ and I cannot wait to do business with them again! Thank you again, Kyle! 10/10 Customer Service!

Y'all come on out and support these guys. Don't let the chain name fool y'all the boys in the pits have some backwoods know how!!!! They will have my business and my kids business from now on!!!!

I went in for a front end alignment and after 10 minutes the mechanic came and told me my alignment was perfect that I didn’t need it. My front tires were just wearing unevenly on the outside giving me the impression I needed the alignment. I appreciate honesty in the mechanical world!!
