- JDJaden DanielsOct 8, 20265.0I had a great experience at Mavis Tire! Kaleb, the service manager, was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail in a way that was easy to understand. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I really appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. It’s always nice to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers. I definitely recommend this location, and a big thank you to Kaleb for making my experience a positive one!
- AMAlayna McCartyOct 6, 20265.0Had a full set of tires put on by them, they were very quick and had the ones I wanted in stock. Came back because a tire sensor seemed to be failing- it was an original sensor from when I purchased the vehicle so it was time to change anyways. They quickly changed it and gave me a great price to have the rest replaced! Management truly wants to please the customer so they keep coming back- will definitely be back!
- ASAbagayle SullivanSep 21, 20261.0I went this evening to get a tire replaced. We wanted to get the spare tire replaced because we are buying the full set in a few weeks. Online it said they had a cheaper tire in stock when I got there it wasn’t, so I understand that no problem. Well, I was told the spare tires rim was bent and that’s why it was so bumpy AFTER they mount and balanced the tire on it instead of mentioning it 15 minutes earlier to place on a new tire. When I asked why it wasn’t mentioned before hand the subject was changed. Then he proceeds to be pushy about “well you need a new set anyways”. He also argued about what size tires were on the truck. And he was wrong. Very unprofessional and will not recommend or pay for services here again. Go local!
