Quickest oil change i ever got! Very, very clean place, looks like you could eat off the floor, even where they work on the cars! Lawrence is the friendliest and most helpful! Would absolutely recommend 10/10. I would give more stars if I could

New in town, I was worried about where to take my car for service. Luckily, I decided to go to this place, and aside from the excellent service from Drake, Jaime, and Mr. Lawrence. it was fast, efficient, and the best price.

Brought my truck in for fuel filter and wipers to be changed. The men working were professional and knew their job. When I pulled up the guy got my vin # etc. , after this point this is where the terrible customer service with Rebecca started. She proceeded to ask questions that were already logged in with the other technician, which we told her they already got the info. THEN she proceeded to change the wiper blades with the HOOD opened, and was scraping the metal wiper blades on the edge of the hood of the truck , she also was digging into the blade with a screwdriver. I told her to stop immediately and let someone else replace the wiper blades, she continued until I yelled at her to stop!!! She finally went and got one of the other technician’s to finish the wiper blades, which he did without using a screwdriver and did it correctly with the hood closed. He then proceeded to give us the reason why the hood was open (which was what REBECCA told him the problem was). As I was talking to him telling him the issue was not with the hood open it was REBECCA installing the wiper blades with the hood open and scraping the edge of the hood with the blades and digging with the screwdriver. She was standing and mouthing off and being rude, and disrespectful - I told her to close her mouth so I could finish my conversation about the change of events- SHE THEN STOOD THERE WITH HER MOUTH HELD OPEN!! I have never received this terrible service at your place of business.
