  Lawrence was super helpful during my full service oil change and air filter replacement. He even allowed my son and I to wait inside in the air conditioner because it was so hot. It was not a long wait and was a great price. Will definitely be back.

  Gary and Kyle were awesome. They were very informative on any findings. Rebecca was awesome. I had went o Publix while my car was being serviced and had gotten a cart from there. She offered to take it back as well as help me unload my groceries. Just a kind heart. Thank you guys for the service and going the extra mile. Rebecca you rock 🔥

  I recently took my car to Express Oil Change in Spanish Fort, Eastern Shore Center for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, Charles warmly greeted me and took the time to clearly explain the entire process. He walked my through the different oil change options and made sure I understood the importance of the tire rotation for my vehicle's maintenance. Charles was impressively fast without comprising on quality.

  I've been there several times, however Saturday, the 8th of August was my last time. The ONLY reason I don't do it myself is due to the warranty. Skid plate bolts missing, again, another almost completely unthreaded. I checked this morning on the 9th when I saw oil dripped on my driveway. After I removed the skid plate, thanks guys for losing one and one was almost out all the way, I unscrewed the housing for the oil filter. I have an aftermarket housing of machined aluminum that uses a cylinder to keep the new oil filter in place when installing the housing. IT WAS GONE. ATTENTION, ATTENTION OIL CHANGE EXPRESS.....you should know of aftermarket oil filter/housing items on 4Runners.....there are what? 100k of them roaming around baldwin county?? Anyway, the cylinder keeper was gone, not even an afterthought. Furthermore.... Maybe use a bit of brake cleaner so customers don't have to see it on their driveway? Fast is one thing.....Fast, clean, and making sure ALL the fasteners are there and tight is something else. Sorry, not coming back.

They also provided me with a great estimate for future services, which I really appreciated because it helps me plan ahead. The level of customer service was exceptional. Charles and everyone who assisted him made me feel welcome, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything about my vehicle. It’s not often you find a team that’s this knowledgeable, honest, and personable. I will absolutely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.
