  Now this is what customer service is all about. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot that was already somebody walking to me ready to get my information for my oil change service. Before I knew it I was already pulled into the bay getting my oil changed. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. They did a wonderful job explaining to me and showing me a few things I needed replaced on my vehicle that I had not even checked on before and had me a full detailed recipient in my hands before I drove out of there. Also they had a REALLY good deal on an oil change and other services as well. And I didn't have to leave my car which was amazing. I'll definitely be back and will tell others about this place. If you live in the Semmes area give this company a try. You won't be disappointed

  Chris provided an awesome service at the Moffett road location. He ensured I understood what maintenance was needed and I never questioned the integrity of the service because of his expertise.

  I stopped by to check the prices for an alignment on my Trailblazer, and I was instantly convinced. I decided to give the new team a try. Barry and John were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to me and every customer in the place. In a time when so much is just about making money, finding genuine service like this is rare. Thanks for the excellent work—I'll be a loyal customer from now on!

  I had the best experience I’ve ever had at an oil change shop at Express Oil Change on Moffett Road. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Chris was my technician, and he made the entire process easy and stress-free. He kept me informed every step of the way, explaining exactly what they were doing and making sure I was comfortable throughout the service. The oil change was completed in about 10 minutes, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle had been well taken care of. It’s rare to find a business that combines efficiency with such excellent customer service.
