I had a great experience at the Semmes location today getting an oil change. Xavier did an excellent job and was extremely friendly, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. I’m very particular about where I take my vehicle, especially because it’s a Scat Pack, and I want to make sure it’s being serviced properly by someone who understands these vehicles. Xavier took the time to explain my oil level, answer my questions, and point out a few things I should be aware of regarding my vehicle. I really appreciated his knowledge and attention to detail. This was my first time bringing my car here, and after today’s experience, you’ve earned a new customer. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Xavier, for taking great care of my car and providing such excellent customer service!
