    We were in an automobile accident near Commerce, GA, over six hours from our home in AL. We rented a car in Commerce and the closest drop off to our home was Selma, AL, over an hour from our home. We arrived after hours and had been told they had after hours drop off. Not the case. Left the car locked and the key fob in a secure, hidden location. This took place on a Friday. Monday morning I called the Selma office to ensure they could locate the key. The lady was polite but informed me that I would be charged through Monday for a car I was not using because they were not open on the weekend. I am highly dissatisfied with that that answer and it just confirms some of the horror stories I have heard about Enterprise. Their call service is supported in India and that was a horrible experience in itself. Renters beware!

    Jasmine provided outstanding customer service during my rental experience. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my expectations were met. She was very polite, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers.
