  I appreciate Russ’ Tire for their honesty and helping me out when I need them. Honesty cannot be overrated and it’s something hard to come by in the mechanic industry. So, that’s worth 5 stars alone! However, they also have given me better deals than they probably could have gotten away with, and that to me, feels like they’re not raking me over the coals just because they can. We all know that the mechanic industry is booming right now and they just about have to turn away jobs to stay on a good timeline. No one has the money to buy new vehicles right now, so we just keep trying to fix our old ones. Russ’ seems to keep trying to work it out to where both sides are happy and that’s also a big deal. Thanks Russ’ Tire!

  Russ and Caleb have always been very dependable and fair with me. It's a pleasure dealing with someone I can trust to work on my car.

  Russ's team was able to fix my leaky tire within minutes and alerted me that my tires needed to be replaced. Sure enough on a brand new car and only 28,800 miles, The tires were unsafe. Thanks to them they replaced them and I was on the road in no time.

  Went above and beyond with service from fitting me in during the middle of the day and keeping in contact with any issue or add ons I wanted. Great example of a small business!

  I would give 10 star rating if it would let me the mechanics are awesome they know what they are doing I live in Gadsen and my vehicle messed up Russ auto was able to get the part over night and get my vehicle fixed and it runs great now and they also did it very fast I was able to make it back home to gadsen the very next day after I brought it in to the shop and there prices are the best around and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable thank you Caleb and Zach and all the mechanics and staff at Russ auto and God Bless
