- TETerry Damron (Evy)3 days ago5.0My local subaru dealership in TN sent me out the door with an alignment...and unbalanced tires. We noticed a vibration an hour into an interstate road trip the next day. Johnny had us in, the car up on the rack, and the problem defined in 10 minutes flat. Mavis/Johnny made sure we left safe and unworried. Deeply grateful for the kindness and peace of mind he and the team provided.
- PDPenny Dupre4 days ago5.0We were on a road trip and got a flat on a Sunday. We luckily found this Mavis Tires open and they saved the day. Quick service, kind, professional, clean waiting area. We were back on the road in no time. Greatly appreciate it. Thanks again!!
- TATAYLOR ATKINSONOct 8, 20265.0FIVE STAR SERVICE FROM CORBIN! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I Stopped by Mavis Tire in Scottsboro today because I had a rear tire going flat with a finish nail stuck in it. Corbin came out, took care of it, and had me back on the road in no time. Super nice young man, friendly, knew what he was doing, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Didn't even charge me for his time, which I thought was pretty damn cool of him. It's nice to run across somebody who just wants to help you out and do a good job. That kind of customer service goes a long way with me. I appreciate it, brother! Mavis has a good one working for them. 👍
- BFBraulio FerrandoSep 24, 20265.0Fantastic experience with them on my visit. The check in process took 5 min and the pick up of my vehicle took 2 min. Workers there that helped me were very professional and respectful and quick to get right on it. I will most definitely be coming back to them. And a bonus tip. Come to their shop with grocery shopping in mind this way you kill 2 birds with one stone.
- HHHappyatseaSep 24, 20265.0I took the car into Mavis Tire when my tires pressure sensor indicated an issue. They were very kind and quickly checked my tires. It turned out to simply need some air but the thorough job they did in testing the tire was outstanding. They took it off and performed a visual inspection as well as checked it for air bubbles to confirm there was no leak. They did a free brake inspection as well. They didn’t charge me for this service. Excellent customer service!
