  I heard about this place by word of mouth. Johnny and his crew took really good care of my vehicle. They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and checked other things I was concerned about to make sure it was installed and working properly. My car drives like a dream now! Super happy with them!

  Great customer service! I showed up close to closing time for a tire that was leaking down. Johnny had it fixed and back on the road very quick! Highly recommend!

  I am a mechanic by trade. Saying that, I don’t see how they make any money. The manager on duty the past three times that I've came in is the absolute laziest, unwilling to help individual that I’ve ever seen in this line of work. The bulk of their opportunities in the automotive tire industry is going to be walk ins. Flats and balancing. I’ve shown up with a tire that threw a wheel weight, needing a balance. Nope can’t do it. Another time with a chance to do a balance and rotation on all four tires. One car in the bay and none in the parking lot. Didn’t want to do it. Then today I came in with a flat that a plug wouldn’t hold and needed a patch from the inside. Couldn’t do it, “out of tire sealant” he says. At a tire store? For real bruh? Luckily LaDon Gray at Gray’s alignment got me taken care of. Go on down to Gray’s Alignment on Broad street in Scottsboro and let LaDon take care of you.

  I called them before they were open at 7:30 and they still answered my call. I have been struggling to get tires for my car and having to buy one at a time. They have always worked with me and beat competitors pricing. Today they we very professional,fast and kind. You can tell they value their customers. I had my two year old with me at the time and he was playing with their toys they have their and didn't want to let go of the dinosaur monster truck they had and Tj let him have it. I can't recommend them enough.

  Great experience! I really appreciate that they stay open late every day, which made it so convenient to get my daughter’s tire fixed. The service was quick, friendly, and the price was very reasonable. We’ll definitely use them again!
