  My girlfriend has been renting a car from this company for a full calendar year at full price… this company hasn’t honored any of its reward benefits. Last night we hit a deer on the interstate on the way home from a business trip. We’ve now been stuck paying two nights for a hotel stranded in the middle of nowhere and that’s with her sitting at enterprise from 1pm this afternoon until this very moment 45 minutes before close, where the ONLY employee working today keeps reminding us that they close in 45 minutes.. this company has been the biggest waste of money for me this year.. won’t even talk about us complaining about our vehicle and getting swapped for the same exact one three times (Mitsubishi mirage). She’s been dealing with the same guy for contract rewrites, FOR A WHOLE YEAR, this dude never once mentioned they have used vehicles for sale.. I’ve spent a total of 1hr 23 minutes on hold with both local offices (saraland/greenville). I’ve been hung up on twice after 20 minutes wait.. and I’m currently on hold with the corporate number @ 24 minutes.. horrible company

  The staff are always accommodating and friendly! They also seem to have the customers best interest in mind. They may be small but hard working and they'll always try to have what you need, but like any location they'll like to know what you need (if possible) in advance.

  Parker, at the Saraland location was very helpful with my rental reservation and making suggestions that made the entire experience better. I'll definitely return to this location for future rentals.

  The staff has always been friendly. The one star is not a reflection of the staff. The problem with Enterprise is the lack of availability. If you need a specific auto use another service! If you reserve a six passenger auto don't expect it to be there when you need it. We reserved a full size SUV online only to find they did not have one available. We took the only thing available which was a mini-van that was not as comfortable. We gave them another try out of convenience and the experience the same problem. This time they did not have any autos that would work. The staff warned us the availability of SUVs were very limited. They told us not to count on getting a SUV even if you reserved it a week in advance. Why have the option online if the company will not back it up? Just be honest and rent an "auto to be determined later". The other Enterprise offices in the Mobile area have the same issue. Online states the SUVs are available, but they are not available when you arrive to pick it up. If any car is sufficient their service is acceptable. If not, go elsewhere.
