He met me in the parking lot when I pulled up and seemed genuinely eager to help me. I went to PepBoys a couple of weeks ago and felt like a burden from the time I walked in. And to top it off, I paid the same for 2 tires as I did for 4 at Mavis. Thank you Chris and the rest of the team. I’m a customer for life!

However, Chris in the lobby is amazing. Deserves a raise. Even quoted the management course for how he answered the phone. Very impressive.

He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what my car needed without making me feel pressured. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable with the service being done. It’s hard to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Chris definitely made my experience so much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate everything he did for me and would absolutely recommend Mavis, especially if Chris is there to help you! My car came out in excellent condition, Thank you!
