  Great service on super short notice. I arrived as soon as they open with a nail in my Tesla’s tire. They patched it super quick and had me on my way. Very thankful!!

  I've taken my vehicle to Mavis in Robertsdale multiple times. They've installed new tires and patched 2 tires that I've had nails in. Always fast and friendly service! Would definitely recommend for your automotive needs!

  Mavis in town is excellent to work with. When our shop equipment got damaged, we needed a resource who could temporarily help us quickly and accurately. The manager, Scott, has been greatly accommodating and took great care of us with his team. We are highly impressed and glad to have a commercial partnership. Highly recommended.

  A little back story - my husband has had multiple back surgeries and our SUV is the only vehicle comfortable for him to ride and get in and out of. When I got a screw in a tire the day before his scheduled MRI, I knew it had to be fixed and quickly. Mavis's website has an appointment scheduler, so I selected the first available appointment for the following morning, 8 am, right when they opened (I made the appointment on a Sunday evening). I showed up early Monday morning to be first in line. The folks there were super nice and welcoming, with the main office guy saying he would get a bay open for me while he unlocked the door. The tech took a look at the picture on my phone and assured me the location was repairable. He got right to work on it and it only took a half an hour. When I thanked him for working so efficiently to get me on my way, he said they try to take care of those with appointments as fast as possible, even as they take walk-ins. He discounted my service without me asking, he answered all of my questions about future tire purchases, and even gave me a suggestion/referral of another local business that can help me with purchasing a rim, so I can have them mount a full-size spare for the future. When I mentioned that I'd be back for future tire purchases, he was quick to tell me that my current tires still have a lot of life/tread to them; he didn't try to upsell to me or steer me into a purchase just because I asked. The price for the tire repair was beyond reasonable; even without the discount, it was cheaper than others in the area. I felt respected and appreciated as a customer and I'm glad they recently opened a location in my area because I'll be using them for all of my future needs for all my vehicles.
