  Took my car in this morning However on the way just before leaving the subdivision it was acting bad Couldn’t go forward everything was going wacko Got slowly out to turn and it was terrible, I tried to pull over as much as possible. I was a wreck . Thinking crap I need to get it towed I called Express Oil and told him I’m stuck and won’t make it to my appointment He said where are you at . I told him He said stay in the car he’s on his way !!! He looked at it and said leave it here we are going up to the shop to get a few things to help get it started enough to get to the shop. I said but what if the police find it stranded There was a policeman pulling into the tennis courts . This tech went over and told him what is going on The police officer put his flashers on and parked behind my car to make sure everything went around it So then Marcus got it started by charging it enough to drive it down to the shop . I followed him The police officer stayed behind us Got it to the shop . He drove me back home . The alternator was bad it drained. The battery and the brake was locked. He knew exactly what was wrong All I can say is Marcus got it enough as to not get towed and the police officer was gonna get it towed if needed Now tell me We’re these two caring or what I got in the techs car while he was checking it out . Said stay in there . I don’t want you getting hit ! At 4:30 he called. And said he’s coming to pick me up. My car is totally fixed and I can drive it again Safely Told me if I was his wife or mom he would never want it to happen to them New battery new alternator Said did not need and oil change Brakes are good . And he did a coupon discount of $50 And recharged my air conditioning cause it was low on Freon and did not charge me for that You know he went out of his way to help me He was so kind ! And the police officer was wonderful ! Like got a police escort lol Bad morning turned into a good day He drove the car to make sure everything was good Told me I’m safe to drive it now 😊 This was Express Oil here in Robertsdale on 59 See good caring people He definitely was caring 😊 Didn’t need to tow God is great! Always there for me 🙏❤️ Express Oil in Robertsdale goes above and beyond !

  Came in for a routine oil change and pulled right in to a bay. The servicemen were nice, didn’t try to oversell me on anything, and worked quickly to service my vehicle. My tech was Stone and he was very sweet!

  Great staff! Service is always fast and the staff is always friendly! I got the pleasure of meeting Devin today and he was awesome! He went above and beyond to make my experience great! Thanks Devin! 😊

  I’ve been coming to this location for years and they always do an exceptional job. Today was extra great. I was frantic due to personal things going on and trying not to have a melt down in the midst of my oil change. The technician went above and beyond making jokes and trying to ensure that I left in a better mood than I arrived. Shout to him because he certainly made my morning MUCH better when he didn’t have to. I feel horrible I didn’t catch his name, but thank you so much!
