  Great experience with Camping World. I used to sell RVs myself, so I know good customer service when I see it. GM Matt Lemire runs a great operation — professional, honest, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

  Had a great experience with my recent camper purchase. Everyone there was super nice and Doug was fantastic to work with from start to finish. His communication was excellent, he was responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. We never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer questions and keep us informed along the way. Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend working with Doug.

  We recently purchased a travel trailer from Camping World, and overall, my experience had both very positive and very frustrating moments. On the positive side, the sales team was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the process. They showed us the camper inside and out, answered our questions, and made us feel comfortable during the initial visit. After signing, we were given another walkthrough where they explained how everything works, where things are located, and gave helpful recommendations. That part was very appreciated, especially since this is our first RV. There was also an open house that day, and we received free lunch tickets — the food was actually really good, which was a nice touch. However, there were some major issues that cannot be overlooked. During the purchase, a $1,995 “care package” was added into our financing without clearly explaining it or properly asking for our consent. This package included basic and necessary items that are either overpriced or should already be included with the purchase. When financed, the cost becomes even higher. I had to specifically request that it be removed. The biggest issue was the delivery experience. After signing, we were told it would take about 15 minutes to get our camper ready. We ended up waiting in our vehicle more than 2 hours. After the first hour, we noticed a camper in the delivery area and my husband went inside to ask if it was ours. After checking, they told us it would be “another 15 minutes.” Another hour passed, and we went back inside, now clearly uncomfortable. A different employee finally checked and confirmed that the camper we had seen earlier was actually ours the entire time. In summary, the customer service during the sales process was great, but the lack of transparency with add-ons and the poor delivery experience took away from what should have been an exciting moment. I would recommend Camping World, but with caution: review everything carefully before signing, and don’t hesitate to ask questions or push back on added packages.
