  Very thankful for the kindness and professionalism that we experienced at the RAINBOW CITY LOCATION. Isaac was gracious and filled my tires that should have been done at the Gadsden location yesterday. I have found my new tire store. Thank you Isaac.

  My oil change light came on so I stopped to see if they could change my oil today and they got me in immediately and I was out in 20 minutes. Isaac and the whole team was so nice and informative. Highly recommend them to anybody.

  This is my second time using Express Oil and my experience today was exceptional. JB was very professional and an outstanding representative for Express Oil. I just happened to be in the city of Gadsden and needed a trustworthy oil change service. BAM! I saw Express and gave it a second try. Thanks JB, I will be back.

  A major shout out to Aaron, service manager, Colonial Heights, TN, and the team at Rainbow City, service manager Adam, and brake mechanic David. I had 260 miles under my belt on an600 mile drive from Destin, Fl to Kingsport, TN. Heard an awful metal-on-metal sound coming off right rear tire and pulled off the highway to check. A frozen caliper was beginning to dig into my rotor. I called Aaron, my Colonial Heights manager and asked if he thought I could make it home. He said, well, worst-case scenario it could overheat and lock up. He then looked up the nearest Express—22 miles away—called the manager, and he called me back with great news: they’re waiting for you. After 2 hours, I was in the road with a new caliper, rear brakes, rotor, and hose. I can’t thank this team enough. It could have been a disaster, instead, it was just an inconvenience. You guys ROCK. Thanks to all.
