- BSBasem Salem5 days ago1.0Terrible customer service. Their men's room was out of order and closed due to flooding. I asked an employee if I could wash my hands at the sink behind a counter, but he refused to let. Employees were more intent on chatting with each other than on helping customers. I asked the cashier for a receipt, but she was too pre-occupied with talking with another, and handed me the wrong receipt. I didn't find out about this until I was in Georgia.

Had both women's restrooms open, but that doesn't help the men all standing around needing to use the bathroom. The 2 lady's working were very rude when the men attempted to use the women's side even though it was completely empty, no women around. They should have closed one of the women's and used it as a mens
