  Charged me $120 for an oil change… husband confirmed they got over on me. Also put that several things were “good” when it wasn’t even checked. Will not be back.

  They got oil all over my hood and grill, had to remind them of certain things like checking the air in my tires and filling my windshield washer reservoir and then they forgot to give me a sticker for my windshield. The oil all over my vehicle pissed me off the most. I’m going somewhere else.

  Great experience at Grease Monkey! The staff was friendly, professional, and got my oil change done quickly. They explained everything clearly without trying to pressure me into unnecessary services. The whole process was smooth and convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change!

  I had such an amazing experience getting my oil changed, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Andrew for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable! From the moment I arrived, Andrew was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done to my vehicle. What really stood out to me was how genuinely kind and attentive Andrew was. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and takes pride in doing a great job. He didn’t make me feel rushed or like just another customer coming in for an oil change. Instead, he made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time. The service was quick, efficient, and professional, but Andrew’s customer service is what really made the experience stand out. It’s not every day that you come across someone who is that personable, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient, and had such a great attitude. I will absolutely be coming back, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants great service and someone they can trust with their vehicle. Andrew deserves recognition for how amazing he was! Employees like him are what make customers want to come back. Thank you, Andrew, for making what is usually a routine oil change such a positive experience!

  Not happy. Two of us pulled up at same time. We left at same time. Was over 35 minutes. Another was waiting and he finally just turned around and left. Only 1 guy in bay and one underneath. Kept going from one to the other. I asked if they still check fluids he said yes. He did not check her's other than air filter and that was because she asked about it. Did not check her tires. He did not do mine either. I watched him put his hand on power steering but never opened..when ready to leave asked if he checked everything. He said yes. I decided to ask him if I was supposed to screw power steering dipstick all the way in or just sit on top as I had been told both ways. Since he supposedly just checked he should know. Said most just sit on top. Checked my manual. Supposed to screw in. Didn't say anything about touching top and it sending a signal to you.. This was 3rd time there for this vehicle. He wanted to know what weight oil I used. I told him I have never had oil changed and they ask me what weight. I handed him my manual. When ready to pay over $100 for oil change only, I had to remind him that I gave him a $25 discount code.. I decided right then and there I would not be back. I also asked him to check brakes but had told me they could not do that. Website says you do. If your employees don't come in close the doors or at least let people know will take way over 15 minutes to do. I try to keep fluids topped but washer fluid was still low when got home.This was Prattville Alabama location.
