- ABAndrea BongiorniAug 24, 20261.0My personal vehicle broke down, so I rented from Enterprise Prattville. The entire experience was a mess. No vehicle availability: I reserved a compact SUV (Nissan Rogue) through Costco. They didn't have it, forcing me into a heavy, gas-guzzling Chevy Silverado. Later, the only swap offered was a Chrysler Pacifica. The employee promised to call me as soon as a Rogue or equivalent became available, but they never called. Misleading terms: The employee altered my 7-day request to a rigid weekly rate structure without proper explanation, promising a vehicle swap after the weekend that never materialized as requested. Poor customer service: When I returned the vehicle a day early, the representative rudely dismissed my request for a partial refund for the unused day. Unfulfilled promises, wrong vehicle categories, and dismissive staff. 1 star.
- LLL LAug 24, 20261.0I rent from here almost weekly….they take forever. It shouldn’t take so long to have a car ready when you have had it reserved and check in. Especially for a repeat customer.

Can I come tomorrow which was going to be Tuesday went on Tuesday still didn’t have anything. This place is a joke and it has terrible Customer Service. all the employee had to do is call me and let me know before I wasted my time coming up there.

The manager "JD" cursed at me several times during our interaction, as well as acted extremely rude towards a prospective customer. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB against this location and management.
