    The service at the Prattville Enterprise was amazing. I had to leave town for a family emergency and when I got to store to get the rental they made sure I was in and out quickly. I am so pleased with the service. I will definitely return and get all my rentals from the Prattville store.

    I reserved a 3rd row vehicle or similar through Expedia. Expedia didn't provide my email nor phone number to Enterprise, so when I showed up at my 1030 appointment, they didn't have a similar vehicle available and couldn't reach out to me to let me know. The Enterprise staff was amazing and a vehicle happened to return while I was contacting Expedia that matched my needs( thank goodness since we had a 12pm departure time. Thank you to the Prattville Enterprise staff for helping me and saving my families vacation. Book directly through Enterprise if you don't want to be stressed out like I was. I learned a valuable lesson.

    Terrible customer service Lied and booked reservation and then when arrived said sorry no vehicle for you go rent from Avis hertz budget anywhere but these losers!!!!
