Texted him a picture because I didn't know the name of the part. He looked it up and it was in stock at the store. We limped 10 miles to the store while pulling a 37' travel trailer. I replaced the part in the parking lot. I also caught Cory as he was heading to lunch because I needed another part and he went back into the store and got me squared away. Amazing customer service!

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
