  Had to stop in while I was in the area. I had a puncture and a tire that kept going flat. They were able to take care of the puncture and patch. Great experience. Will stop by this location if I ever had an issue.

  My husband brought our car to the Mavis in Pinson after being told that the work we needed would be done first thing in the morning. The car was brought in at 8:30 a.m. after buying the car part needed. We were told the work would take only 1.5 hours. We needed the work done quickly because our daughter needed the vehicle to drive back to her place of residence 4 hours away. The vehicle was left out front. At 12:00 my husband contacted Mavis to check on the vehicle and the woman who answered the phone said that the mechanic had gotten there late and that he was pulling the vehicle in to be worked on right now. At 2 pm my husband went back to Mavis after not receiving any phone calls as to the status of the vehicle … the car had not been pulled in and no work had begun. The woman again said the mechanic was about to get started, “ He had gotten busy with something else.” 🤨 My husband simply asked for the keys and let them know we would be going elsewhere. It’s the lies! This was a waste of time. This delay in service delayed our daughter being able to get on the road at a reasonable time. It wasted my husband’s workday as he was waiting for the car to get ready so he could resume his work day. Just a waste!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They helped me choose the right tires for my car at a fair price, and the installation was quick. The waiting area was clean, and the whole process was smooth. My car drives much better now. I would definitely recommend Mavis to anyone looking for quality tires and excellent customer service.

  I purchased 4 new tires. They beat all the tire prices quoted to me. The staff was very professional and started on time. I will be back!

  Ordered tires online, scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 8:30am. Come Monday morning, a persoanl matter had me calling and rescehduling to Friday morning at the same time. Friday morning, I arrive there shortly before my appointment time. Told the lady who I was and there was no appointment scheduled. Thankfully they were able to get me in. They could not find the two tires I preordered so I got a different brand. Told the lady I needed my front two tires replaced, especially the front passenger one having a bubble. I brought my own rims to swap out with the stock ones. Everything that was needed to do so, was in the car. They pull my car in and two hours later, they were done. Tried charging me over $400. When I refused, they made several phone calls and the two tires I already paid for miraculously was there in the store. They pulled my car back in and put those two on. One of the techs approached me asking me if I wanted my spacers installed with my rims. Yes I do, so they pulled all four tires off and installed them. After being in there for a good three hours, I went home where after being awake for 24 hours, I slept. On Saturday, I went out ti admire my new rims when I noticed, they did not replace the bad tire, just simply put it on the back passenger side. My brand new two tires on both on the drivers side and my two old (one bad) are on the passenger side. Definately not how they supposed to be installed, with the new tires on the back and the old ones move forward kiddie corner of where they were. I also noticed, they did not use the install kit I had provided for them. Im going to take the loss and go elsewhere to get my tires replaced.
