- PPPap “TheDestroyer” ppAug 24, 20261.0Took my 2010 impala in that had 260,000 miles on it for an alignment, and tire balance. They “accidentally” added an extra 9 ounces to my tires and my steering wheel had to be turned 30 degrees to the right for my car to drive straight. They clearly jacked my crap, and they admitted there wrong doing. I went in a second time for them to fix my tires again and realignment. When I did that, they started pointing out other problems with my car, which seemingly sounded like they were trying to blame that for it to being misaligned now and trying to make excuses up. Then I drove home and it was still messed up, came back the next day after I called, they admitted wrong again. Then did a realignment for a third time. The damage was permanent at this point and my steering wheel was sideways for me to drive straight, never had a problem with the alignment like that ever before. Took it to another shop, they said that I needed to spend $8k to rebuild my entire front suspension and blame the damage on express oil. So then I bought a newer car a year ago and do everything myself. Screw this place and all express oil except for the one in Chelsea, AL. Never going here again. Loved that car too, no problems other than ABS sensor problem, engine ran fine, wheels were good, brakes were good, everything was good. Up until they messed everything up, idiots.
