- DFDebra FlynnJul 3, 20265.0I pulled in to ask someone to please look at a low tire. Terrence, the manager, was super nice! He took my tire off the rim checked for leaks, nails, etc, told me there was nothing in the tire, but the tire was degrading —more than 8 years on these tires (low driving miles)—and that tires will degrade, even if the tread is fine. He filled my tire up for free, checked the others, and gave me pricing for new tires. These folks are super nice and we will be going back again.
- LRLouLou RodJul 1, 20261.0This was my final visit with this location. I originally stopped since my AC stopped working, my car was stuck here due to the starter. I spoke with Jordan and was explained the next day at 8am he would take a look at it and reach back out. 48 hours , two outbound calls to them and no follow up finally decided to reach out to their customer service email to explain after having my vehicle for 48 hours Jordan recommended I take it to Mercedes Benz. This is the second interaction with this location will they will say they will take a look at your vehicle and waste your time. Thanks to Jason their regional manager they were able to get my car done within two hours. I prefer to take my car to express lube on chalkville rd in Trussville and have John take a look at it with his team. My AC still don’t work.
