  I had a positive experience thanks to Brandon at the Roebuck location. He was very kind and helpful. When I returned the car, he took me to pick up my car.

  Very frustrating when we scheduled a pick up at 8 am and the vehicle was not available, were told we could return later in the day and it would be there. Returned at 3 pm and left after 5 pm with a different vehicle because it was the only one they could substitute. The two men working were friendly and were working hard to accommodate everyone, but they had to prep and clean all the vehicles before they could actually rent them (reserved or not.). Several people were waiting several hours to get served. Seems that there is a need for a dedicated car prep person so the others can concentrate on getting people in and out. The vehicle substituted was almost completely empty of fuel, so I had to make a second stop to fill up before proceeding. I returned the vehicle better than I received it. Not likely to voluntarily choose Enterprise again, though I might if the situation presents itself at a different location. This one has too much volume and too little employees in order to be served promptly.
