Kyhia was very welcoming and thorough throughout the process of getting me into their system as I am a new customer. She also made me aware of other maintenance tasks that would be beneficial for my vehicle today, but without any pressure to do so. Zach and Omaurion worked great as a team to finish my maintenance in a timely manner. I'm thankful and excited for the new Valvoline location!
