They got the tire reseated on the bead, tightened everything up, and had me back on my way. Great customer service, honest people, and I really appreciate them taking care of me. Highly recommend!

- SSSarahMay 29, 20261.0Didn't call when my vehicle was finished, didnt do an inspection, didnt reset my tire pressure, didnt do the free alignment check. (I was told before I dropped my car off that all of that would be done) I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Oil change light was not reset. Waited several minutes in an empty waiting room until someone came to check me out. I have 2 vehicles and have been getting my oil changed here. I will not be back to any Mavis tire. I had this same issue with my oil change last week. No inspection, no discussion of anything that needed attention, no alignment check. I gave them another try today and was disappointed again.
