Went into Mavis for a punctured tire 4 weeks ago. Came out today to a flat tire and brought it back to the shop. The team checked my tire and found no new hole and the previous one didn’t seem to be leaking either. The tire was removed, wheel weight reseated, remounted, and dunk tested to check the valve stem. I was told there’s a small chance something was not seated well and weather fluctuation exposed that. They noted the pressure and asked me to come back in a few days to see if it changes. Customer friendly staff who want the best for everyone that comes through the door. Did not attempt to charge me for the work or sell me anything while I was there.

Never again! Don't recommend. It doesn't take 1.5 for a tire patch ,that I never got .. they were walking around playing, wasting EVERYONE'S TIME that was wating.. i don't even want to get into the logistics of their business but I won't ever go back. I had to go to the mexican shop down the road on a donut thank God they were open. It took them 5 minutes ..

I was trying to leave town today and I got a low tire warning so pulled into this location for help. They could not have been any nicer. Clean comfortable waiting area. They did not find any damage, just low tire pressure so they fix that and sent me on my way without charging anything. Highly recommend.

Five stars for Mavis Tires & Brakes on Riverchase Drive in Phenix City! I had an excellent experience here. The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and upfront about pricing. They got my vehicle in quickly, took care of exactly what I needed, and didn't try to push any unnecessary extras. It is hard to find an honest, reliable auto shop, but these guys nailed it.
