  I recently visited Caliber Car Wash, and it was one of the most disappointing car wash experiences I’ve ever had. Several major components of the wash were inoperable, including the brushes and the tire applicator. The rinse cycle was only partially functioning, which meant my vehicle came out with soap still on it and visible dirt left behind. For the price they charge, this was a complete waste of money. The system did not wash well, did not rinse well, and did not deliver anything close to a full, functional wash. If the equipment is going to be down, customers should be notified before paying — not after they exit with a dirty car. Caliber needs to address these issues immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable or effective car wash. On a positive note, I requested a refund and it was granted.

  I paid $30 for a my car to still not be clean. This is BS. Half the vacuums never work the cleaning spinning things in the car wash don’t work. Caliber this is BS. NEVER AGAIN.

  I’m on a monthly unlimited membership. For the past 2+ months, the soap or wax and rinse near the end is not functional. I have to wash and rinse off the soap spots after I leave. I will cancel my subscription if not fixed soon. I use this location only for convenience.

  Charged my account 4 times inside of a month instead of just once for the 20 dollar monthly subscription, all different amounts. I asked the manager about it and she stated she couldn't refund my money. She also didn't have a corporate phone number. How do you not have your boss's phone number or email? I had to dispute the transactions with my bank. Double check your bank statements if you have a membership here. My experience was extremely frustrating, and I hope Caliber improves it's billing practices and customer service.
