  PELL CITY ALABAMA The express lube across fron the Captains D's BITES . I Was in line at the third bay, they had me move to the 2nd bay, been sitting here 45 mins. Still sitting behind the same truck. 3 cars that were behind me have come and gone. NEVER COMING BACK HERE. THIS IS TOTALLY STUPID. The Express Lube lube on the South end across from Bojangles was AWESOME, QUICK AND FRIENDLY. The guy here apologized for the other place,he didnt work at. I RECOMMEND THEM 100%.

  I would give zero stars if I could. My 17 year old daughter went to get an oil change. While there she asked if they could look at her door lock that was not working. She specifically asked if there would be a charge for looking at it to get an estimate. They said there would not be. When finding out it would cost $500 to fix, she told them not thanks. Then the manager charger her close to $100 for diagnosing the problem. Stay away from this place, they take advantage of young ladies.

  Went to get an oil change and to check some problems out they charged me 500 something to chsnge the solenoid and it would fix it but it did completely nothing and when I went back they said it might be a transmission problem and that they don’t do transmission and to go to another place, but why couldn’t they tell me that before paying that price now the car doesn’t work and is paid for no reason

  Staff is always friendly and cutting up with you. They do give suggestions on things they see and they're not pushy about it either! 10/10 I recommend!
