  If I could do ZERO I would. Rented a car in advance for my birthday trip and was going to be able to get the night before and wasn’t able to so went back to the pick up time for 8 am and was there at 7:15 to ensure was out in the road by 8:39 at the latest. Needless to say my confirmation was worthless bc they even have me a car!!! If they were closing when I left the night before and nobody else was in store tell me how they gave my car rental away over night when I still had my confirmation for my pick up?!!!

  We had a mechanical problem with our rental vehicle and were directed to this Enterprise location by the roadside assistance team. When we arrived, a pleasant gentleman told us to empty the car out and he would get his manager to come out and help us with the exchange of vehicles. About 2 minutes later, a lady (who I’m assuming is the manager) comes storming out the building, saying ”who told you to come here”, to which I respond saying that we spoke to the roadside team and they told us to come to you. Her response was ”well I don’t have anything to give you and neither does my nearby branch”. She told us to go to a branch in Georgia, closer to Atlanta, which was over an hour’s drive away with a faulty vehicle. I then suggested for her to call that branch to make sure they have a vehicle available, to which she scoffed and said ”fine”, like I was asking her to move a mountain with bare hands. Overall, this lady’s tone and attitude was absolutely dreadful. She showed absolutely no empathy or understanding, was just rude and patronizing from the very beginning. Never did she even say hello, tell us her name or asked us if we were okay. I’ve used Enterprise for a long time and never have I received such awful service, especially from a manager. Her male colleague, on the other hand, was lovely. Perhaps you have promoted the wrong person.

  My rental started very unusual and I wasn’t happy at all with any of it, but Ansley came through and she saved the day…she definitely made sure everything was taken care of and offered many apologies and answers for the inconvenience! Thank you Ansley

  I had a new Durango Gt and everything was just fine. Couldn’t figure out how to open the gas cap (user error) but everything was good. Had to extend the rental by a few days and it was reasonable and easy to do. No complaints this way.

  I changed my pick up location at the last minute, and Enterprise was very accommodating. Then, while I had the rental car, I needed to extend it from 5 days to one month. Once again, Enterprise worked with me on my schedule and I was able to keep the car the entire month with no hassle at all. Finally, when I returned the car, it was quick and easy. I’m so thankful that I switched from the other guys. Enterprise is the best car rental company.
