- BHBrandon Harris5 days ago1.0DO NOT USE THE PELL CITY OFFICE OR ENTERPRISE IN GENERAL! We rented a van for our church trip. We were over-charged for a day's rental. It took over a week for the branch manager to respond to us, but we were refunded. Shortly after being refunded, my credit card was charged several times. The branch manager stated that she contacted the regional manager, Haiden on both June 24-25. I never heard back from Haiden or Anslee so we called the main number. They were confused as to why we had charges. Customer service said they turned it over to managers and that someone would call us back and return our money. After calling 4-5 times and getting NO response from management, someone told us the charges were from Haiden, the regional manager and that it would have to be corrected on the branch level. We called Anslee, the branch manager back on July 2nd. She assumed everything had been taken care of and she said she was contacting Haiden. I called back on July 6th because no one had helped. Anslee said she had told Haiden about the situation, but Haiden nor any other manager has NOT called us back. I have never dealt with a business as unprofessional as this. It's a complete circus show!

- KDKylie DuttonJun 23, 20265.0It was super easy pick up, this was my first time renting a car. Very informative and pleasant. We rented a van and it was spacious nice drive down to Florida. Then dropping off was quick and easy, everyone at enterprise was super nice and helpful.
