  They did good work on my car and solved the problem. However, they had the car for 2 full days to do the diagnostic work while I didn’t have a car. I had told them that we did some troubleshooting work, and believed we knew the source of the problem. While I appreciate the double checking, it ended up being the problem that we believed it was which is frustrating. They had good communication throughout the process

  Very bad. I took my car in for a faulty ignition sensor and they ended up taking the engine apart. They never understood what the sensor had to do with the engine. They wanted to charge me $12,000. Very bad.

  Great customer service and people. Overall good experience. Need to work on finishing checklist for basic services as I had one tire pressure lower than the others when I got home. I think this happened last time as well

  I went to have my car checked out, didn't have anything done but the staff was very kind and the office waiting area and bathroom was immaculate. Something I really appreciate the cleanliness, that's a extra plus for me 😊 Thank you for helping at the time of my last minute need. I will consider you in the future.
