    There was a miscommunication about the location where I was to be picked up. The manager took full responsibility and offered a discount to compensate. Return was quick and easy.

    After making a reservation for a “Premium SUV” on January 31, 2026 for May 16-26, 2026, I’m being informed the vehicle I made plans to use to transport my family and luggage to our annual week-long beach vacation is not going to be honored. I took the additional steps of contacting the branch earlier in the week and the day before the actual reservation to no avail. As far as I’m concerned, and I believe a reasonable person would agree, this constitutes a breach of an agreement and is an affront to good will and decency. This is a huge violation of consumer trust which will never be addressed until consumers unite and stop paying for subpar experiences with institutions like Enterprise. The unfortunate part of it is that after observing the negative reviews, little to nothing will be done. After posting this there will be some automated response telling me to give my feedback to a link which has about the same efficacy as screaming into the wind. I hope many will see this and decide with me to no longer accept the liability corporations have forced onto consumers. ***UPDATE**** An hour after posting the review you can see the canned response that offers absolutely no consolation for my predicament at hand. I’ll also add that I asked the manager of the location if it was possible to transfer a vehicle from Atlanta, approximately 2.5 hours away, and was told that wasn’t an option. If you honor your time and feel like I do, that after an inconvenience of this magnitude, you’re worth more than a boiler plate response and a link to customer service where the agents “handle” you, I urge you to patronize a business that respects you more as a customer and even more as a decent human being and look elsewhere.

    Gave me a disgusting car with no floor mats and a horrible smell later on realized the car had no horn I called to report this they claimed they would make it right and let me trade the car but gave them 2 days and no call back could not keep driving a car with a safety hazard so I took it to the airport who also didn’t want to trade the car til I threatened to report it to higher authorities

    The Pelham enterprise location is amazing! Mike and Josh were the two people I worked with- they were both helpful and knowledgeable. Mike was able to save me a trip to the airport- which I very much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a rental.

    Not a great experience. Went to pick up a car and first impression was that this location was busy! When my husband and I were finally called up to the counter, the man explained that they did not have what we were looking for and that someone should and did call us. My husband and I both checked our phones and I told him that no one had called us. That is when he got slightly louder and said it was not up for debate. Excuse me? You made a statement which then got a statement from me. We ended up walking out because it was confusion from that point on about what they actually had and trying to collect money from us when it was taken care of by insurance. Went to a different location and was treated with much more respect and someone that knew how to do their job.
