  I cannot say enough great things about the Enterprise location in Pelham! I rent vehicles once, and sometimes twice, a week, and a huge reason I continue coming back to this location is because of the incredible team! Derek, Audrey, and Martavius have all been absolutely amazing. They are always helpful, responsive, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. They truly make the rental process easy, and I know I can count on them whenever I need something. The entire team has always been friendly, professional, and accommodating. It’s clear that customer service is important to this location, and that really makes a difference when you rent as frequently as I do. I genuinely appreciate everything this team does and would highly recommend the Pelham Enterprise location. Thank you all for consistently providing such great service!

  Such great customer service. We were waiting for over an hour at the Hoover location and the staff were unfortunately so unprofessional. The staff here got us in and out in under 20 minutes.

  I rent from the Enterprise location in Pelham about once a month, and I continue to be impressed with the service I receive. The entire staff works hard to make sure customers are taken care of, and they are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. What stands out to me most is the management. The managers are always calm, collected, and professional, even when they are busy. They are attentive not only to their customers, but also to their staff, and you can tell they have created a positive, well-run environment. Renting a car can sometimes be stressful, but this team makes the process easy. After renting here regularly, I can confidently say that the excellent service isn't a one-time experience—it's consistent. I truly appreciate the Pelham Enterprise team and the way they take care of their customers. Highly recommend this location!

  I cannot even begin to tell you how disappointed and frustrated I am with Enterprise. I made a reservation for 12 pm on a Saturday and get there at 12 pm and they had just locked the doors. When I talked to one of their employees, he said they would honor my reservation at the Birmingham airport. I drove out there and they didn’t have any cars at all! It is August 1st! It’s not a holiday!. All I have to say is thank goodness for Hertz. They had plenty of cars and even let me choose the one I wanted! I have been a returning customer with Enterprise, but NEVER again. I will from now on use Hertz. I will also make sure that everyone I know understands that making a reservation with Enterprise is risky and definitely not guaranteed. Enterprise, if your website allows a customer to make a reservation for 12 pm pickup for a vehicle, then maybe you should actually be open for business at that time!
