  Ive tried reserving a vehicle two separate times. Both times I showed up on the scheduled date and they didnt have anything available. They dont care you and they'll screw your plans up.

  Staff was attentive and helpful. Inventory in stock. Decent pricing. Easily accomodated my 1 day rental. Thankful for them since all the other rental car places were a nightmare! Will definitely use again if needed in the future

  This was my second rental from the Pelham location, and both experiences have been great. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and the pick-up and return process was quick and easy. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. So far, the Pelham location is my favorite, and I hope they continue providing the same excellent service!

  I wanted a SUV and what I got was at the time all they had was a car I got a Honda Civic. I would rather be in the SUV and not in a car. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I just did not get the choice of vehicle I wanted.

  Very difficult if not impossible to get anyone on the phone at this particular store. I left a voicemail hours ago never heard back so I tried to call the Pelham location again and you could hear them picking up the phone and slamming it back down to hangup. I had to go through hoops and talk to the call center escalation line to get any answers. They gave me a fithly car too and when I pointed this out they didn't care at all and offered no other cars. So I am driving around a dirty car and if I have questions can't even speak to them at the store I guess unless I drive up there and spend a lunch break just to ask questions. I don't understand why this store even has a line to call if they aren't going to answer it.
