  We had an amazing experience with our sales person Q. He was very upfront and honest about everything. He got us taken cared of in less than an hour and 30mins. He was very polite . I would definitely come back and buy another car from him. We love our 2024 Ford Escape! Thank you!

  Angie and Trey are responsible for the best car buying experience of my life. The car is great and the customer service was stellar. Angie is, without a doubt, the best sales person you will find. She not only helped me find the right car, but went above and beyond to work through my logistics issues and made it such a smooth process. I have never thought of the car buying experience as pleasant until Enterprise and Angie. No pressure tactics, no surprise fees and a smooth/efficient paperwork process. It was true customer service all the way. Definitely ask for Angie!

  Seriously, don't buy your car here. I bought a car a couple of months ago, and at first, it was great. So, fast forward to today when I went for my first car service. They told me the certified car I bought was missing its skid plate, which covers the oil pan. If anything punctures the oil pan while driving, my engine would be ruined. So I called, and later stopped by, and they told me the whole certification team was out for lunch! Really? The whole team? They told the manager, and he didn't even bother to come talk to me, but my sales associate said he'd call. I called several more times and got an excuse every time! And another heads-up: "Pep Boys" in Pelham was the company that serviced my car and forgot to put the skid plate back on. Since you can't just order the skid plate, you have to get the whole kit, which costs $700.00. They promised this would be fixed to get me to leave the dealership, but they've totally blown me off since then. I've worked in luxury retail for forty years for the oldest family-owned jewelers in the US, and we've always stood behind our product. If there's ever a problem in my management role, I always take the time to talk to our loyal customers and fix whatever the issue is because we try to build relationships, not just one-time sales—not a great business model if you're the owner or on the management team. I'd sent several of my friends to Enterprise, but after today, I quickly called them and told them to go somewhere else. I'm going to try to contact them again, and after that, I'll have my lawyer get in touch with them!! "Totally unacceptable!! Please go elsewhere." Swann Little,
