  Drove 2 hours away only for them to tell me that I needed a co-signer. Something they could have told me over the phone. I was honest about everything and still got lied to! I’m so upset and haven’t cried like this in awhile.

  It was a clean store. You got to be careful because not only do they have the Enterprise rental car but they also about a mile away have Enterprise car sales so most the time a lot of people will go to the car sales and they'll have to be instructed to drive down to the rental aspect of Enterprise it's about a mile and a half away or so, anyway, the store was nice it was clean, the only problem I have is that it's just cost so much as a deposit and if you did something like the Turo app then you don't have to pay it down payment you know like a deposit or whatever, heck if you're going on a trip that cost $1,000, $500 is going to disappear because you going to have to keep it with the car until you bring the car back and so by the time you're in a car, you can't afford to go in your trip So, until they can bring that deposit down I don't encourage anybody to rent a car through any kind of thing like this... It just it's too much money. You can use an app and do it through a third party which I've done millions of times and I've always had a wonderful experience and you don't have tons of money wrapped up in the car before you left

  I went to test drive a wagoneer that I was told would be transferred from Mobile to Pelham. It was a black one that was a certain prices. I was promised that by Hunter. I had to reschudule my test drive for the day after. I guess Hunter did not think I would show up but I did and Rashaad help me because Hunter was not there nor answering my calls. Just so happens, they had a wagoneer there but not the color or year I wanted or was previously told would be there for me to test drive. Dont get me wrong Rashaad was a great person and had great customer service. But who knew the hell I would go through and still going through with this car. I ended up buying the wagoneer that was there. I haven't purchased a car in years so I was not expecting to have the car note that I have. That's fine, no worries. However the first week my check engine light came on and has been on ever since. The car is trash!!! It has cut off on me in traffic and has cut off on me PLENTY of times just stopping at a light or stop sign. I dont feel safe driving the car especially with my children in it. I should not be having to come out of pocket with a deductible for a check engine light and problem less than a month of owning this vehicle. This is the worse car I have purchased. I normally have great luck with cars. Not this one. $800 a month for a car that I am having to get serviced for a check engine light. That is insane. They tried to say I put bad gas in it and that was not the case, it was the filter that is on back order and can't be replaced. So I have to pray my car does not cut off on me in traffic and someone hits me from the back causing a horrible tragedy. Beaware of the cars from here! Customer service was cool but the car is trash and a nightmare.
