  Where do I start?! If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Every individual I encountered was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure we were well taken care of. Sheyna got me started and the process continued with Angie. Working with Angie was an amazing experience! From our phone conversations to our face-to-face interactions, her customer service was beyond exceptional. She is such a sweet, high-spirited person who truly goes above and beyond to help her customers. She was extremely helpful and thorough, carefully explaining everything before I made any final decisions. She made the entire experience an easy one! If you’re looking to buy a car, I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales in Pelham. Be sure to ask for Angie—you will not be disappointed!   My experience was perfect from beginning to end. I called Angie (who is phenomenal btw) after being recommended by a friend. She got right on it and had it ready. When I arrived, the manager was waiting for me and knew who I was. Communication was transparent straightforward and to the point. An easy speedy process I was in and out within an hour, exceptional customer service, and an Overall great experience!!

  ⚠️⚠️If you NEVER read another Google review in your life read this one.⚠️⚠️ I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rouge on Aug 07,2026(2months ago to the day) Everything was fine until Sat Oct 3rd as I'm headed out of town. The car goes insane and won't allow me to go over 60mph(40mph uphill) which was dangerous on the highway while everyone is going 75-85. No previous lights on the dash gave any indication that anything needed to be serviced. I safely made it back home and immediately called Enterprise Sunday morning.I Was instructed to call the warranty that's included with the car. 12000 miles. Fast forward to the dealership visit Monday morning. I received a $3459 bill. I told the mechanic I recently purchased the car and that I was under the impression that Enterprise keeps their cars heavily maintained because you can't rent people a faulty car right WRONG‼️ He stated "Enterprise only changes the oil and tire rotation." Anything above that the cars are sent to Carvana or the Enterprise dealership to be sold.😮 Long story short the warranty paid 1800 and I paid $840 out of pocket not including the $200 I spent on the rental to make the quick trip I was headed on. I couldn't get every single thing done that they recommended, but I got what I needed to be able to drive back and forth. I begged the mechanic to let me know EVERYTHING that needed done because this is my only transportation and I can't be stranded. I know youre wondering what are the things you needed. Here is the list 1.Thermal Vaul Hose (main issue) 2. Motor Mount 3.Transmission flush 4.Brake Flush 5.front end alignment 6. Driver tire rotten from the inside 7. Complete tune up( I only could afford the sparkplugs) As a single mom I was devastated. I saved up my $2300 down-payment and worked hard with my 650 credit score to be approved for a nice car for my boys and I to get around safely. Im not saying that I should have never had to get work done,but I shouldn't have had to get work done 60days/ 2months into purchasing a new car. I've been to "buy here pay here"establishments that had better upkeep than this. I honestly feel like they sold me this car knowing the issues, but wanting to get it out of their hair. If proper upkeep was being done some of these issues could have been avoided entirely. My biggest regret is not going to an actual dealership. Please be careful going here. There is a 7day buy back offer here please take the car to be inspected within the 7days. Please dont be so trustworthy. A sale is a sale to some people. -LAKESHIA NIXON

  I’ve had a Great experience buying my daughter a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Enterprise Car Sales in Pelham, Alabama ! The process was easy and stress-free, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful especially Angie. I had an issue that staff jumped right on to be corrected. I’m very happy with my Jeep and would definitely recommend Enterprise Car Sales!
