  Professional on time from scheduling thru repair to pick up. Now that's refreshing, in a time of half-ass vendors. Would use them again each and every time.

  Technician was early,professional and finished a little faster than estimated. This is second time I have used safelite for glass. Can’t recommend them enough.

  I was traveling 65 right through Montgomery in early June …Lots of roadwork! I was honestly nor surprised that a semi tire tossed a large piece of gravel that hit the right side of my windshield on my Chevy Traverse. . Within minutes, it had spread from a small dot to an eight inch crack. When I returned home I made an appointment and took my car in to have it replaced. They immediately took my car back and replaced my windshield, service was friendly, quick, and my windshield looks great.

  Please DO NOT make the mistake I made by making a appointment with this company for a window replacement. They did NOT show up to said appt but called and confirmed the day before. Noone called me or text to cancel prior to my appt. They rescheduled by text the day after my appt was scheduled for. Needless to say,I did call and let them know I would not be using their services. Ever.

  The first day that the technician came out, the windshield that he brought had a scuff across the middle where something had rubbed across the windshield. He recommended that I send it back and have another windshield brought out another day. So that is what I did. A few days later he came back out with another windshield. This one was cracked. He called his boss and he said that he would send a technician back out in a few days with a couple of windshields from the warehouse and surely one would work. The new technician arrived a few days later. He showed me the windshields in the back of his van. One was cracked. I went with the other one. It had a small scratch in it but he was able to buff it out. The windshield was installed. He had me look at it before he left. I inspected the windshield and everything looked good. He left. I went to get in the car to drive it and there were debris all over my dash and in my seats. I had to vacuum the car out. Now there is black residue on my sunroof and driver’s side window that will not come off. Needless to say my experience overall was not pleasant and I will not be using the company again, if needed.
