  I took my SIL car in for an oil change and Brady was very helpful and explained everything! She thought there was a leak in windshield washer reservoir, but it turned out to be something much simpler. Reconnected the pieces that had separated and told me things like that happen all the time he had seen it before. VERY pleased with the time and attention he gave her car! I’ll be back with mine now! 😊

  We have had only bad experiences with this place in the past two years or so. About a year and a half ago, I took my Honda to get an oil change. They didn't screw back the bottom part correctly, so the cover got ripped apart after leaving the oil place (about 20 miles into the drive). We had to go back the next day to make them put that cover back on (it was completely messed up, obviously). The guy took the cover and stepped on it to straighten it out. I was pretty annoyed, but I wasn't sure if that would work (the car was two years old and brand new, by the way). Of course, they just zip-tied it back, which was really unprofessional. So, obviously, when we left for a trip, many miles away from that place, the cover fell off the car again. So I had to go back a third time to tell them to buy me a new part and replace it. They had to order it, so I had to go a fourth time for them to finally fix their mistake! Then with our second car today. Our truck needs a tire rotation. The worker quote us 115$ for tire rotation! Clearly he did not want to do it... This place have real unprofessional workers.

  They did a great job. Victor found an issue, and they did an excellent job communicating what the problem was. The price was reasonable, and it was done in a timely manner.
