I took my vehicle in for an oil change at around 4:10 PM because the location was conveniently on my way to work. I immediately found it unusual that the service was completed in less than 10 minutes. The technician’s behavior seemed strange. He used a machine but I never actually saw him add any new oil. In fact, he informed me that they did not have synthetic oil available and that he would use semi-synthetic oil instead. I was charged $85 for the service. The following day, my check engine light came on. I returned to the shop, where they scanned the vehicle and told me that the catalytic converter was failing. I explained that I had replaced the catalytic converter with a brand-new one only a month earlier. Concerned, I took my vehicle to a trusted mechanic near my home for a second opinion. After inspecting the vehicle, he informed me that the oil had not been changed at all. The oil was dark and dirty, showing no signs of being recently replaced. He also explained that some dishonest technicians use substances on the oxygen sensor that can trigger fault codes, making it appear that the catalytic converter is the problem in order to secure additional repair work. As a result, I had to replace the damaged oxygen sensor and pay for another oil change that should have been done in the first place. I will never return to this business, I WONT recommend it to anyone. What should have been a routine oil change ended up costing me a significant amount of money. Very disappointing experience.

They put washer fluid in the radiator reservoir, tried telling me it smelled like antifreeze. I told them if you put antifreeze with piss it would smell like antifreeze . They wouldn't get it out. Tried to make me feel stupid. But they lost 4 people out of my family that won't be back. Going to Walmart from now on for oil change!
