  Sad I won’t be using them anymore. Didn’t tighten the oil plug on my daughter’s car. Lost 2 qrts of oil in her Camry on the ride home (7 miles). Noticed a lot of oil on the driveway and jacked the car up to find the oil plug was 3/4 of a turn from falling out. Unacceptable when doing a simple oil change. Could have blown the engine had she been on her own cause she wouldn’t have even looked. Ridiculous having to go behind incompetent employees that do countless oil changes a day. You could be next. Always check their work and clean up their mess.

  I had such a great experience at Express Oil Change today! Julian took care of me, and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was extremely friendly, professional, and informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what was being done without ever making me feel pressured into anything. It’s not often you come across customer service that genuinely stands out, but Julian definitely did. He made the entire experience easy and comfortable, and I really appreciated how personable and knowledgeable he was. Express Oil Change is lucky to have him. If you stop in, ask for Julian — I highly recommend him!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cory and John at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, Store #4 in Oxford beside On Time Fashions. My alternator went out while I was in traffic nearby. I barely managed to get my car into their parking lot before the systems began shutting down completely, and I could no longer even turn the steering wheel. I was sobbing because it had been terrifying to lose control of my steering in the middle of traffic. Cory and John immediately stepped in and took care of everything. They managed to get my car safely into a bay, ran the necessary tests, and treated me with genuine kindness and compassion. They spoke gently to me, escorted me into the waiting area, brought me water, and gave me time to pull myself together. The gentleman who escorted me into the waiting area did tell me his name, but I was crying so hard in that moment that I didn’t catch it—and I truly wish I had, because he was just as kind and reassuring as Cory and John. Once they determined that the alternator was faulty, they could have easily marked up a replacement and made a profit. Instead, they went out of their way to help me discover that the alternator I had previously purchased was still under warranty. They helped arrange the replacement, installed it, and had me safely back on the road very quickly. Their labor pricing was extremely affordable and fair, and they also warranty their work. Cory and John are honest, hardworking, upstanding gentlemen who truly care about the people who walk through their doors. They turned an absolutely terrifying situation into an experience that restored my faith in good people. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs if this location can fix it. Cory and John have earned a customer for life. I wholeheartedly recommend Express Oil Store #4 in Oxford!
