  I was extremely impressed with the way Tire Discounters handled my recent service visit. From helping me select and purchase new tires for my GMC Sierra to completing an oil change and replacing the air filter, the entire experience was excellent. I especially want to thank James and his team for their professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding customer service. They took the time to provide the information I needed, answered my questions, and completed the work in a timely manner. I also appreciated how they respected my time while I waited comfortably in the customer service area. What really stood out to me was that James and his team made me feel like a valued customer rather than simply another sale. Their attention to customer needs, quality of service, and commitment to earning my trust made a lasting impression. It is refreshing to find a tire and service center that understands the importance of building long-term relationships with customers. I can honestly say that James and his team have earned my business, and I will definitely return to Tire Discounters for my future automotive needs. Thank you, James, and the entire team, for a great experience!

  James was great! I called and explained I had an emergent situation with my business. He had a tire on hand to fix it, and he even gave us an inspection of our other tires with an honest assessment. As a business owner myself, that is greatly appreciated. Well Done!

  I called up there to get a quote on how much an alignment would be. I mentioned the car is lowered, it may require the sensors to be zip tied on, I mentioned I had all adjustable arms, etc., everything they would need to know. I get told it’ll be $129 + a possible $40 if they have to zip tie the sensors. Great, I go up there and they tell me it’s going to be $250 because it’s a lowered car. I told them it was lowered on the phone and everything. I’m already up there at the store, have to align my work schedule to drop it off, so it’s sort of buy it or drive back on a bad alignment. So I’m sort of in that situation to get it done for 2x the price I was quoted. It gets aligned but they didn’t adjust my rear caster sweep so I have to bring it back to be corrected. They were short staffed and didn’t take any more appointments so can’t be down a car. So had to bring it back for another alignment to fix the quick toe n’ go job. They’ve already got my money so might as well get my moneys worth.

  I went to Tire Discounters expecting honest pricing and the advertised promotions, but I left feeling deceived and frustrated. They initially told me they would price match Costco. However, they wouldn’t simply call or verify the price themselves. I had to physically drive to Costco, get a printed quote, and bring it back to them. After doing exactly that and proceeding with the tire installation, I was later told the price match wasn’t honored. Jaden, the sales manager, was involved in this. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Jeremy informed me that I owed an additional $139.96 for tire installation. I was never told about it upfront or when I called for a status check on the vehicle. This directly contradicted what I had been quoted. They also promote that new tires come with a “free oil change,” but this is misleading. It only covers a standard oil change you still have to pay for any oil beyond 5 quarts or miscellaneous charges. It’s another gotcha tactic. The combination of the runaround for the price match, the surprise installation fee, and the fine-print “free” oil change. This level of bait-and-switch and lack of transparency is disappointing. I caution others to get every single detail in writing before agreeing to anything here.
