Terribly ran shop. I ordered tires and scheduled an appointment online while I was on the phone with the store to confirm everything. I got to my appointment and found out the tires were never ordered. I ordered a different set of tires to get put on the next day, and when I got there, the wrong tires got ordered and I was informed their tire machine was broken and they wanted me to reschedule for a third time. Definitely recommend using somewhere else. It seems these guys don't know what they are doing and I'd be scared to let them work on my vehicle.

Last Saturday a "low tire pressure" light came on in our car. It was 5:30 pm and we were near the Tire Discounters in Hampton Cove, so we pulled into their parking lot. I went up to the door and noticed that they closed at 4 PM that day, but the door was open and James was finishing up some paperwork. I explained to him that we got a flat and showed him where the screw was in our tire. He told me to pull up to the bay door (which was already closed). He opened the door, took the tire off, repaired it, and put it back on the car. He was friendly, fast and wonderful. He did this and did not charge us. I highly recommend Tire Discounters in Hampton Cove.

I was extremely impressed with the way Tire Discounters handled my recent service visit. From helping me select and purchase new tires for my GMC Sierra to completing an oil change and replacing the air filter, the entire experience was excellent. I especially want to thank James and his team for their professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding customer service. They took the time to provide the information I needed, answered my questions, and completed the work in a timely manner. I also appreciated how they respected my time while I waited comfortably in the customer service area. What really stood out to me was that James and his team made me feel like a valued customer rather than simply another sale. Their attention to customer needs, quality of service, and commitment to earning my trust made a lasting impression. It is refreshing to find a tire and service center that understands the importance of building long-term relationships with customers. I can honestly say that James and his team have earned my business, and I will definitely return to Tire Discounters for my future automotive needs. Thank you, James, and the entire team, for a great experience!
