  I came to Tire Discounters back in July 2025 and had a very uncomfortable experience with an employee named Matt. He was condescending and argumentative when I explained that my vehicle requires heavy-duty brake pads due to the towing package and larger rotors. Even after I explained that those are already installed on the front, he continued speaking to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. What bothered me more was watching how differently he treated other women customers compared to me. As the only biracial customer there at the time, the difference in attitude felt very noticeable. I did speak with the regional manager afterward, and I appreciate that the situation was addressed. However, I’ve honestly been reluctant to return since then. The only reason I came back today is because I purchased four tires back in July and received free rotations. I made an 8:00 AM appointment for the rotation, arrived before opening, and was the third customer in line. It is now after 9:00 AM, my car still has not even been pulled in, and I just watched another vehicle that arrived about 45 minutes after me get brought into the shop first. The first customer in line has already had her car finished and left as well. They have pulled multiple cars in and none of them are mine. At this point, the experience continues to feel frustrating and dismissive. I really hope this location improves because right now I would not recommend it to others.

  I have used Tire Discounters in Hampton Cove for several years to service my vehicles. James K. always provides excellent customer service and is willing to go the extra mile.

  Best of the best. Never take my vehicles anywhere else. Appointments are easy to make and done in a reasonable amount of time with prices to match. You won’t find anywhere better.

  I pre-booked an appointment and called in advance to ensure they had my tire selection in stock. They immediately took care of my car when I arrived and then transferred it over to their alignment machine. I am very pleased with my smooth ride and properly aligned new tires! James and Jaden were quick to assist and made my experience a pleasant one. I will definitely have Tire Discounters work on my wife’s car in a few weeks. I highly recommend these guys for all your tire needs. Many thanks!!
