Bobby at Mavis Tires in Owens Cross Roads is awesome!!! Totally bailed me out, had a nail in my rear tire that I didn’t discover until leaving work, was able to put in enough air to get to Mavis 20 minutes before closing and Bobby took me right in a patched it up on the spot, no questions asked!! He and the crew stayed late and can’t tell you how much I appreciate that kind of service in a pinch. Will bring my business back for future tire needs for sure!!

I definitely recommend the Owens Crossroads location! I can tell you right now, this place is well-run. They had my car in a bay within just a matter of minutes and took great care of me from start to finish. I especially appreciate Bobby’s professionalism and expertise. It’s refreshing to receive this level of service, and you have to appreciate it because excellent customer service like this is hard to come by nowadays. Keep up the great work!

This is hands down the best place for tires, brakes, oil changes, or any routine maintenance in the Hampton Cove and Owens Cross Roads area. Over the last two years, I’ve brought our two vehicles here six times, and the experience has consistently been fantastic. I’ve tried all the other local shops—including Express Oil, Tire Discounters, Walmart, and Christian Brothers—but this Mavis location outperforms them all. Their prices are affordable, the service is reliable, and they always get the job done quickly. Highly recommend! Option 2: Short and Punchy (Great

No charge for investigating a slow leak. Nail was in tire that did not show low pressure. When tires were last rotated (somewhere else), the tech did not correctly reteach the system which tire was where. Investigating multiple tires, repairing nail hole, and reteaching system took 45 minutes. Thanks manager Bobby and worker Eric.

I had such a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Owens Cross Roads! I came in because I needed a tire plugged and fully expected to pay for the repair. They took care of me right away, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. When I went to pay, I was genuinely surprised when they told me there was no charge! That kind of customer service really stands out. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and made the entire experience incredibly easy. I love supporting and recognizing local businesses when I receive great service, and this location absolutely deserves the recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back when I need tires or other tire services in the future. Highly recommend the Mavis Tires & Brakes location in Owens Cross Roads! 🛞⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
