  I have always had great service at this location. Today Adrian Toledo assisted me in getting an oil change and was great. There are many choices in the area for automotive maintenance, but I always choose Express Oil & Tire because of the great service.

  Lindsey was customer oriented and knowledgeable. She was professional, kind, and thorough. It’s always nice as a customer to be treated by a person who has a smile on her face and who answers my questions.

  These guys at Express are AWESOME!!! The back story: I took my truck to Walmart for a simple oil change on 3 June and over the weekend my truck started having issues showing low oil pressure. I checked the oil and it showed good, twice, strangely. A Google search showed a know issue with it a faulty sensor so I decided to get Woody Anderson Ford to look at it. They discover it was actually 2 1/2 quarts low. They refilled it and scheduled me to come back in 2 weeks to evaluate where it Is leaking. I got curious and started teaching the leak and it appeared to be coming from the filter area. I decided to take it where I normally go, express, and have them look at it. The discovered that Walmart has failed to put the oil filter O-rings on the filter system when they replaced the filter. They quickly changed the filter and put the o-rings on and surprise surprise it stopped leaking. I failed to mention that express did all of this after I rolled up 5 minutes before closing and at no charge!!! They have a permanent customer and I couldn’t recommend them more. Walmart, not so much, and I would have thought Woody Anderson Ford would have noticed the leak when they were checking it out.

  Andrew was very thorough and professional. Good service with a smile. Update. I came up there for an oil change. Turns out that I have an oil leak as well so I allowed them to check and see where the oil leak was coming from. At least that’s what I was told that they would be only checking for. They decided to do a whole thorough check on my car, which is fine, But the only problem with that is, I have to be to work at a certain time. They didn’t tell me that they will be doing a full thorough check on the whole vehicle. So what should have been a 20 minute job ended up turning into waiting there for 45 minutes. I had to go outside And tell the mechanic to get my car off of the lift so I can go ahead and go to work. I guess I should’ve asked how long it would take for them to look For where the oil leak was coming from. Didn’t expect him to do a thorough check in for it to take this long.
