  Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The manager at the Opelika location should be in charge of all Columbus branches, as they're run very poorly. I truly appreciate the great experience and surely will make the drive out there everytime instead of wasting valuable time dealing with other locations and their lack of care.

  Joseph always makes me feel comfortable, even though English is not easy for me. He takes the time to show me things so I can see and understand them, and he always explains everything slowly, clearly, and in simple words. He also always welcomes me with a smile. I handle general administration for a Korean company, and I rent vehicles for our business travelers. Because I trust Joseph so much, I always try to rent all of our travelers' vehicles through him. He is also very kind and professional when responding to my emails. I think he is a perfect rental car partner not only for someone like me who sometimes has difficulty with English, but for anyone. I have rented so many cars from him over the years that he now feels like a friend, a neighbor, and sometimes even a coworker. I truly appreciate everything he does for me and our company.   Enterprise in Opelika Alabama stole money from me. Instead of having my insurance pay for my last day which they did by reimbursement from what Enterprise stole from me. I'm not happy they stole money from me instead of having my insurance company pay. Also the car I had had a cracked window and minor damage. I will NEVER EVER rent a car from here again!
