  Gave me the $10 off even though I had already joined before the promotion a few days before. Great wash and good investment to keep your car clean.

  Terrible service!!!! This “business” has refused to wash my father’s truck three times. Every time it is a different story about there being a tool in the bed of the truck or there’s a little dirt in the bed of the truck (like debris dirt, not hauling dirt)… hello- if the truck was perfectly clean he would not be at the car wash. It is obvious that this place does not want business and they definitely do not understand the meaning of customer service. Severely disappointed with their interactions with my elderly father! No one in my family will ever return to this location and I intend to tell others to GO ELSEWHERE!!!

  The brushes scratched my car up. I was very disappointed. The salesperson also stated that the car wash had been breaking down lately. I hope that they update the facility or that we get a new car wash in town. This is disappointing.

  This place is a JOKE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I was treated horribly. The first visit, I asked the employee If you had to get a new sticker for a new membership, he went to check and told me no and that he "got me squared away" and opened the gate for me. Came back the next week, The gate wouldnt open for me on the member side. They came out and said i didnt have a membership showing. I said Okay and asked me to pull up to let other cars thru. I had to sit there and wait. He came out and got me signed up and charged me. I asked if it was for the lower package i asked for, He said "Whoops, sorry i charged you for the higher package, let me go fix this" Got my card as i waited 10 min. stuck letting cars pass me. Came back and said the refund would take 3 business days. Came back the following week because I never seen a refund, (After 5 business days) I let the employee know and I tried asking about it, He got frustrated at me and got an attitude and rolled his eyes. This was the same one that took care of me the week prior. And he looked like he might be on drugs and just woke up. He got my number and said he would call corporate office to fix it. I never heard anything or seen a refund. I contacted by website and never got an answer. After a few times of sending emails to customer service to cancel and asked for a full refund because of everything and because i didn't want to return until it was fixed. I finally get a email saying I would not get a refund of any kind and "Non use was not an acceptable excuse". I will not be back to any of the Take 5 places. Go to RainDrop where they are nice to you and care about your service!
