  Honestly this place is awesome the reasons for me saying this is because I've been to a lot of car service places in my life and never been treated so nice the staff/mechanics at Mavis Brakes & Tires are nice Knowledgeable caring people. Austin my mechanic there showed me what he had found wrong with my vehicle and i had questions and he answered them,now i like to see what is wrong b4 he started working on my car and never hve i ever done that well i mean Austin was very nice and he showed me wht needed to be done. I really liked that about Mavis Brakes &Tires and the mechanics they got working there so if u are needing your car serviced i really do recommend Mavis Tires& Brakes Honestly i know i won't be taking my car elsewhere and ask for Austin he is knowledgeable and one of the nicest and kind mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of meeting,Oh and my car is running so good now tht i don't be worried when i have to drive to my Drs. appointments anymore so a very big thank you goes to Mavis Tires & Brakes for hving knowledgeable mechanics there.   Came in to get a flat fixed and these guys looked over my whole truck luckily they did because I was metal on metal on my pads, very fast service, super honest with you and they definitely have great customer service!! Will be back for sure

  I highly recommend I just needed a valve stem replace late last night before they close. And they helped me out with it. I was in and out. And they helped me out with it more than they know. Well needed and was not expecting what they did Highly appreciate what they did. To them Thank you so much

  If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Asked them to flush my break lines and rotate my tires. They did both, but since flushing the lines didn't work, they didn't charge me a penny. They just recommended someone to repair what is going on with my breaks. The guy at the counter was so very nice and professional. He was also very apologetic that bleeding and flushing the breaks didn't fix the problem. I will not hesitate to go back when I need them. 5 starts all the way around!

  I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding the tire installation performed on my vehicle. When I was told my vehicle was finished, my husband and I paid for the tires and left the facility. As soon as we pulled out, we heard a clanking noise, and my vehicle began pulling. We immediately pulled into the gas station next door and inspected the vehicle, but we could not see anything obviously wrong. We got back into the vehicle and put it in drive, and immediately heard a loud clanking noise every time the wheels rotated. My husband immediately returned the vehicle to the facility and asked the employees to test-drive it around the parking lot so they could hear and understand exactly what we were experiencing. They refused to test-drive the vehicle and instead told us they would pull it into a bay to inspect it. They removed the lug nuts from the tires and then returned to the waiting area with my keys. They initially told us nothing other than, “Your vehicle is ready.” My husband then directly asked what they had found and what was wrong with the vehicle. The employee hesitated and finally told us: “Oh, they forgot to tighten the lug nuts after putting the tires on.” This is an extremely serious safety issue. We had just left the facility after paying for a tire installation, yet the vehicle had been returned to us without the lug nuts being properly tightened. We had already driven away from the facility before discovering the problem ourselves. I am incredibly thankful that we heard the noise immediately and were able to pull over before something much worse happened. Had we continued driving, the consequences could have been catastrophic. A vehicle with improperly secured lug nuts can potentially result in a wheel becoming loose or separating from the vehicle, creating a serious danger to the occupants and everyone else on the road. What concerns me just as much is that we were not initially told what had happened. After the vehicle was inspected, we were simply handed the keys and told that it was ready. It was only after my husband specifically questioned the employee that we were informed the lug nuts had not been tightened. This experience was extremely frustrating, frightening, and disappointing. When customers trust a professional facility with something as important as installing tires, we expect the work to be performed correctly and the vehicle to be safe before it is returned to us. A basic safety procedure such as properly tightening the lug nuts should never be overlooked. I am thankful that we caught the problem before anyone was hurt, but I am deeply concerned that another customer could leave your facility without realizing that their vehicle may not have been properly secured. I am asking that management take this incident seriously, investigate what occurred, and review the procedures in place to ensure that this does not happen to another customer. This was not simply a disappointing customer-service experience. This was a serious safety issue that could have had life-threatening consequences.
