  Had a pin hole in my truck tire, Mavis got me in same day. I arrived a little early and decided to sit for a bit before going in. When I started to exit, a tech met me before I got to the door. He was pleasant and listened to my concerns without talking over me. They got me in early, explained what they found and how they fixed it when completed. The shop and waiting area are clean and comfortable, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Both techs gave me updates throughout and were pleasant and explained the questions and concerns I had. When the job was completed and they brought my truck up to the door. They did not charge me for the tire repair, they took 30 minutes to talk to me and fix the tire. I recommend Mavis to everyone and I will continue to do business with them for my vehicles.

  Amazing service 10/10! Super friendly and very helpful, we got straight to the point and was in and out. Treated me like a priority not an inconvenience. Will be going again for more servicing!!

  The Oneonta location went above and beyond to get my son's tire and locking nuts off after we had to have it towed there. They were the only place in Oneonta who didn't say I would need to take it to the Volkswagen dealership! We will definitely be back!

  The team was very helpful and patient in getting some alignment issues corrected. I was very pleased with the level of customer service they provided as well as the prices. I'm considering making them my go to for any future maintenance.

  We ordered tires and had an appointment to have them put on. We got there and the manager said his AM sold our tires to someone else the day before. We were supposed to get a call between 10-2 today to let us know if new tires had arrived or not and we never received a call. The manager was very apologetic but that’s not helpful considering today is my husband’s only day off and we’re leaving for vacation this weekend-driving the truck that we bought the tires for. So we cancelled the order and are in the process of getting a refund-in 5 to 7 business days.
