- MGMellisa GardnerJun 27, 20261.0This is my 4th time going to Express in Oneonta, and I love express. I remember when the manager Micheal were there. But this new Guy TRISTIAN is a wreck and Rude the way he talks to his employees is ridiculous!!!! But I have a even bigger problem with the way he was rude to me and my husband. Tristian was talking to me and I wasn't fully understanding what he was saying to me, and Tristian said well maybe your husband will understand better since he doesn't stutter and can speak more clear and walked off in the middle of me talking. I still don't understand so I took my car somewhere else. I do not recommend Oneonta Express if Tristian is there, he needs to fix his people skills, and the way he talks to his employees. My husband is highly upset he belittled me when all I was doing was trying to understand what he was saying. I have a really bad stuttering problem and I understand it's hard for people to understand me as well, but dude you can't treat people with disabilities like that.
